Precious Memories 3D/4D Ultrasound Imaging

I had another wonderful experience today at Precious Moments. Stephenie the ultrasound tech always remembers my face when I stop by. I am 33 weeks and have seen my baby boy grow with the their help since 8 weeks. Thank you guys!

This is my first official Unilocal review! This place is amazing! The owner is really nice when we came in he chatted with us a little bit, then Stephanie took us back for the 3D ultrasound. She was nothing less than amazing and made our experience the best it could have been. Our little one was not cooperating and kept putting her hands in front of her face so we ended up have to come back later in the week. Both times Stephanie tried and worked with us for a good amount of time to get her to the right positions and the second time we got some great pictures! I was apprehensive going to a place like this to get an ultrasound because this is my first but, I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you guys for making our experience great! We will most definitely be back! 5 stars well deserved!!!

I just had my appointment today and this experience was by far the best one I had in having an ultrasound. The lady who did my ultrasound was VERY welcoming l haven’t had such great customer service like that in who knows how long. I will be coming back as soon as I turn 25 weeks for more pictures of my little one.

I love this place, Steph is so nice I’m actually going to miss her a lot. She was super helpful, funny & nice. The setting of this place is so nice they have comfortable sofa to wait on so comfortable my husband feel asleep on it! The ultrasound room is a king size bed it makes you feel right at home super cozy. Our baby was shy the first she wouldn’t show her face but they let us come back for another try without cost & we ended up getting some nice pictures. So glad to meet our little one. Thanks Steph you’re the best! (;

The ultrasound tech made it soo enjoyable. I came for just the gender reveal. I will be going back when i’m 25 weeks to get a better look at our baby.

This place is awesome. Worth every penny. They ensure you get the gender and when it’s time that you are able to see your baby. They won’t tell you that your session is over until you ate satisfied. They have such a great crew of people and such awesome customer service. If you want to have a gender reveal ultrasound and see pictures of your baby’s face, come here. We live in the South Bay and drove out here 4 times. It’s worth it. Inside Stonewood Mall next to Khols. Comfortable beds and comfortable waiting area. The set up is so comforting. Thank you for your hospitality and great customer service. More companies need to take note of how to be outgoing and friendly with customers and giving what is paid for. I am definitely giving many thumbs up. Open for a last appointment at 8:30pm Monday through Friday. Great Hours. Great Location. Love my lil clay grandbaby until she is born.

This review is waaaay over due!
My husband & I went last year. The idea of seeing your unborn baby’s face is just irresistible! Of course our baby didn’t cooperate but they let us come back & try again, our super sweet nurse tried & tried, took a few pictures but once again the baby wasn’t having it! The owner was so understanding & asked if we wanted to come back but we just decided not to. I was honestly happy with the pictures they took, I actually framed one & let me tell you 2 months after I looked at that same picture when we brought him home when he was born & OMG! he looked just like he did on that picture!
He is now 8 months old & a handful!
Looking back I’m very happy we came & experienced this, totally recommend it!

Let me tell you how amazing Stephanie was to us. She warmly welcomed us in. Had us set up ready to go in no time. And when we were in the ultrasound she made us feel so amazing.
She even talked to the baby, (which I thought was so adorable)
the place has a really nice set up/​feel to it.
I’ve been to other ultrasound places and they have not compared. Not only customer service wise, but the stores environment was just so much more welcoming here, it makes you feel right at home.
Makes you want to come back with a coffee, take a seat and befriend all the workers, then Invite them to the babyshower, and the birth! lol
it was just that great here. Makes you feel right at home, with great people.
I loved it and have recommended it to all my fellow preggos!

Went for my now and later and at first baby wasn’t being cooperative with hands and umbilical cord in front of his face so they let me come back in a few hours to see if he’d move them out of the way. I came back and finally got some good pictures to send my deployed husband :) He loved them! I’d definitely come back if I was pregnant again BUT no more kids for me lol The staff is also really friendly. The one that did most of my ultrasounds was Stephanie and she was great! The other was blonde but I didn’t get her name. She was also really nice. :)

I got to say. This reviews are very true! This guys are the BEST. Not only they have the best customer service but they are very nice. I work in the mall and always wondered how «good» this place could be. They have different packages to chose from. Ultrasound was awesome the tech was very sweet and nice. I am glad I got the «now and later» package. Because I will be back. Thank you guys for making this experience my first and the most wonderful experience of my pregnancy so far. I forgot they guy’s name but he was great! (Alex his name was Alex) And very helpful with my thousand questions hubby lol
I recommend this place to all my preggo friends now :)

Had a great experience today with my gf. We got the 3D ultrasound and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole thing. We will definitely be coming back

I’ve set up an appointment at 4pm and Elliana welcomed us warmly and walk us right through their services I purchased a promo deal for gender confirmation and 3D/​4D photos for my 18 week baby. Once inside I really love how their interior looked, really suites for a parent and child themes. Once inside their ultrasound room there’s a big cozy bed for the parent to lay down with and plenty of seats inside if you are coming with either friends or family. There’s even a HD 55 inch monitor for courtesy if you wanted to see your baby in high def.
Pros: Clean, Baby theme, Cozy Bed for mothers, HD monitor for crystal clear images and friendly and attentive staff
Cons: nothing really. But it’s inside Stonewood mall so you might get lost to get there but rest assured it’s all worth it.
P. S. make sure you tell the staff about the deal you seen here on Unilocal so they can give you more discounts and price reductions.

It’s located inside the mall was kind of hard to fine since I’m not from around there. Got there 10min late but they didn’t mind at all. I picked out my stuffed animal & I felt really calm good vibe. The lady who was there was super nice as well as the guy.
we talked about her kid & other stuff they made me feel at home.
She took her time & showed me my baby. Since my baby hardly moved she asked if I wanted to try again another day but I was fine with the pictures.
They printed out 4 pictures & gave me the rest on a CD.
I loved the experience they made me feel at home; definitely feel people should come here.

Loved the service… Iliana was great our ultra sound tech. What was the best surprise is that not only did we save with the Unilocal discount… our angel wasn’t cooperating to get the best pics… so we get to come back and try again .for no additional cost! Wow amazing service and customer satisfaction !!! Our tech was not completely satisfied with our results so she said we will try again!
Definitely will recommend to anyone interested in taking quality 3d ultrasound portraits.

My wife and I were looking for a good deal and a nice place to have our family be a part of our first ultrasound memories. We found Precious Memories on Unilocal and went to check it out. The staff were amazing and the service they provided was top notch. Alex, Iliana, and Stephanie were very patient and accommodating. They really knew what they were doing so that we can get a good shot of our boy! We went twice, once for a gender reveal and again for the 3D/​4D prints. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you want some great memories and to be treated like family!!!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby. It’s a girl!!! As a first timer I did some research and was looking and looking, I finally took a leap of faith and decided to come her. God was is it worth it!!! The location is great, the setting is amazing and to top it off the owners and staff are INCREDIBLE!!! Stephanie did our ultrasound and not only was she the sweetest but she made me comfortable and made sure we got the best experience ever!!!
You can bring the whole family inside which is great especially for us, we have a lot of loved ones who wanted to experience our first time seeing our baby girl. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place and experience was for my husband and I. We are sad that we won’t be back until our next baby or to take a family member.

I brought my sister here for a 3D scanning of my nephew. We received a coupon flyer for 10% off and that’s a big reason she wanted to try it. From what I understand expectant mothers can obtain a 3D/​4D image of the baby before it arrives. My sister made the appointment but we were told that they can also accommodate walk ins. Be sure to call ahead of time because there were two people ahead of us when we arrived.
The business looks like a nice, plush Dr’s office. They have a front reception area where the female employee was very friendly. They confirmed my sister’s appointment and assisted her pretty quickly. They offered me an opportunity to go in but I didn’t so my sister wouldn’t be nervous. I chilled on the comfortable couches.
The process wasn’t bad at all. My sister came out and she had the option to buy a package. They weren’t pushy at all. I treated my sister to the Precious Package. It came with a twenty minute session. My sister was pretty excited because you can see the baby clearly. That’s what she said. The package also included a CD with twenty pictures of the session that she could share. By the way I saw the pics and it’s pretty amazing the quality of the images. Technology is scary good.
They also gave her four printed pictures. I kept one of course. She also got a DVD recording of the session. My sister was extremely happy with the whole experience. I was pretty pleased with it as well. They’re located close to the Kohl’s at the mall. I recommend you use the Kohl’s parking lot and walk right to the place. Highly recommend this place for anyone that’s expecting.
