I can honestly say that I am very happy I switched my insurance to Pablo Sanchez’ State Farm Agency. Pablo is very honest and thorough in reviewing your insurance needs and makes sure you get exactly what you need. 1. Since its release, all I’ve wanted to do is listen to Kanye West’s seventh full length, The Life of Pablo. The album name is purportedly a reference to a combination of Pablo Picasso and Pablo Escobar, as referenced in «No More Parties in LA.» What does that mean though? I looked through my Facebook Friends, and alas, I have zero friends named Pablo.
2. I don’t know any Pablos. So how could I ever understand their life? How could I ever understand THE Life of Pablo if I don’t even know A Life of Pablo?
3. So I looked on Unilocal.I looked for Pablo. And what popped up was Pablo Sanchez — State Farm Insurance Agent. With Brandon in shotgun, I called the number that appeared on the Unilocal page. And the following conversation took place:
Zed C.: Hello, is Pablo available?
Woman: May I ask who’s calling?
Zed C.: My name’s Zed, Zed C.
Woman: Okay, where are you calling from?
Zed C.: My car.
Woman: Okay, give me one second, let me see if he’s available.
Zed C.: Okay.
Woman put me on hold. I said, «Okay,» because in that moment I felt like our situation was okay. What wasn’t just okay was The Life Of Pablo. It sounds like a mixtape made in 2017 with one through line: the narrator and ringleader, Kanye West.
4. The Life Of Pablo is a culmination of over twenty producers. That’s more producers than tracks. While Mike Dean, who has been working with Kanye West since The College Dropout, contributes throughout The Life Of Pablo, the rotating list of guests make the album sound unpredictable. It’s Kanye’s crude wordplay and candid lavish lifestyle that binds it all together. One second he’s worried about a bleached a**h*l*, the next he’s pissed about his cousin extorting $ 250,000 out of him for a stolen laptop. It’s completely unrelatable but spoken with pure candid vulnerability.
5. Travis Scott’s 2015 album Rodeo was slept on which is unfortunate because Mike Dean’s production is awesome. This won’t be the case with The Life Of Pablo, that’s release is just as momentous as the music itself. Kanye West released the album we’ve all been waiting for on a music service that nobody cares about. Even if you wanted to help Kanye West out of his 53 million dollar debt, there is no record to buy. The Life Of Pablo is a success of a failure.
6. The wait was over:
Pablo: Thanks for holding, this is Pablo.
Zed C.: This is Pablo?
Pablo: Yeah?
Zed C.: I don’t know if a lot of people have been asking you about this, but what is your official stance on the new Kanye West album, The Life of Pablo?
Pablo: Who is this?
Zed C.: My name’s Zed.
Pablo: Zed?
Zed C.: Yeah, Zed C. I’m a very popular reviewer on Unilocal.
Pablo: I think The Life of Pablo is a fabulous name and that Kanye West should automatically by default win a Grammy for it.
Zed C.: Thank you, Pablo. I love you.
Pablo: You’re welcome.
7. I didn’t even need insurance. I mean, I need medical insurance, but that’s enough about me. This is about Pablo Sanchez, a man that was awfully nice to me on the phone. That’s just one side of Pablo. The Life of Pablo is multifaceted. Most rap albums lack that dynamic, they’re angular and get tossed into the virtual bin with the other ten mixtapes released that week. The Life of Pablo will forever be chiseled into the fluid timeline of 2016.
8. I’d like to address user «Carlos H.» and their «review». What «Carlos H.» describes is a very confusing situation. Reading the «review» I was well confused. I wonder if Patricia and Pablo were also confused? But no, «Carlos H.» believed it all to be deliberate. Quite the accusation to make in a public forum. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was any evidence of this besides a hard to follow story and the conclusions that follow? It also ends without an ending. Did the check ever come? Did «Carlos H.» really have to wait weeks as predicted? I guess we’ll never find out. If you’re reading this, «Carlos H.,» please update and end our curiosity!
9. The most quotable Kanye West lines in 2016 aren’t from The Life of Pablo. They aren’t from his features on other albums. The Kanye West quotables this year are from his Twitter. The Life of Pablo isn’t the old Kanye West. It’s the new Kanye West. Wait. He already covered this dissection of personality on the song, «I Love Kanye.» Oddly enough, the references I’ve heard to this song missed the tongue in cheek nature of its delivery and are an excuse to pejoratize Kanye West for ego. We live in a time full of successful villains, and people are concerned with a creative genius with too much self worth. Why is this flawed personality spoken with the same disdainful tone as men who have already been forgiven for actual horrendous acts? Ego never harmed anybody but one’s self.
10. Now that I’ve encountered Pablo, I feel as if I have a greater understanding of the life of Pablo. And with that deeper comprehension comes a richer listening experience. We all know about Pablo Picasso and Pablo Escobar. And now, we all know about Pablo Sanchez: a man of great customer service!

Okay, my agent was Patricia Sanchez. She had initially, quoted me $ 198 for a policy that included my brother in law and myself on a 2016 Honda Fit. I then shopped around and got a better rate. However, she then called me and told me that she had found me a better rate $ 165. I told her that sounded great, to do it. I paid for the policy and was e-​mailed the proof of insurance, however, one big issue. Only I was included on the policy my brother in-​law was missing, So I contacted the office looking for Patricia, however, Patricia is nowhere to be found. So I went to the office in person and I spoke to Pablo who told me only I was on the policy and nothing could be done.
He then told me he would contact Patricia, he then left the room for a few minutes and came back and told me that she had said, that «I requested for him not to be included» which was a lie. At that point I told him to cancel the policy, I then asked about my refund, he told me it would be issued immediately back to my card, that it was a «fast refund» and that I would get an email confirmation. Which was another total lie, never got an email, and never got a refund in the way he said instead I was told that my cancellation would be processed that it would take 8 – 10 days for a check! I tried to contact Pablo, but of course he is nowhere to be found just like his agents. They told me he would most likely be back in 5 days!!!
I then spoke to Patricia who admitted to making the mistake in the first place. So now I’m basically getting the run a round. I believe that Patricia deliberately removed my brother in-​law from the policy to lower the rate and hoped that I wouldn’t notice. Very shady, Pablo Sanchez is a liar as well. I would stay away from these people. I will also file a complaint with corporate, BBB and California Department Of insurance. I doubt that I will get a a check any time soon. This will most-​likely be a case of the, «Check is in the mail» for weeks and weeks to come. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

If you are looking for an insurance agency that will take care of you there is no need to look further. This is the place where I have found the best customer service for my insurance needs. All my questions have been answered and the best part is that I am aware of what I am paying for and everyone is transparant. I have better coverage with State Farm than with Infinity and I am just paying $ 24 extra a month than what I was paying with Infinity. Patty took great care of me and my family by combining all our policies. I am very happy I found this office. I would recomend it to everyone who is looking for great customer service.

I was driving down Firestone last week and saw this place which just opened and took their number down. I called yesterday and a very polite person answered the phone Patty started by asking simple question about my car and made the process very simple. She gave me my quote and I told her I thought it was too expensive so she said to give her 5 minutes to work on another quote for me. And exactly 5 minutes later she called with a better price so I decided to take it. I am going to be honest and I would give this office 5 stars if it wasn’t for the way they set up their payments. I want to pay monthly but they make you leave a card on file. It did bother me but the great service made this small problem ok in a way. I am recommending people to this office if you ever need an insurance office where you want to be treated well and with an extraordinary customer service.
