This is the first doctor that I have ever used for acupuncture. I have received great service and excellent care from Dr. Joo. I recommend him to anyone who may be skeptical about going to get acupuncture work.

I was in tons of pain from my lower back. It was till the point that I would cry when I would get out of bed and I needed help getting up. I could not even bend over to touch my knees, when I can normally place my hands flat on the ground! I began treatment with Dr. Joo and after three therapies, I recovered almost completely!!! Thank God and Dr. Joo my back is back to normal again and I’m pain Free. I highly recommend Dr. Joo. He is very professional, knowledgeable and makes you as comfortable as possible. If you suffer from any pain, stop by and have him help you. You will be glad you did! :0)

Some weeks ago my wife was diagnosed Bell’s palsy (facial paralysis). Medicine was prescribed, but as soon as she finished it she again felt the same symptoms. We were terrified, we contacted Dr. Joo and despite late notice he received us in his office.
The treatment my wife received (acupuncture, acupressure and herbs) helped her a lot. She feels now energy and the problem was controlled.
Dr Joo is a capable doctor, very kind and interested in the well being of his patients. Recommend him without any hesitation.

Dr Joo is great always treat you with respect and works as your schedule, he will take time to listen to your Heath problem and explain to you your best option how to target your problem. I’m Been trying accupunture, cupping therapy and his personal herbal tea. I will continue his therapies as long as I can for a good health. He takes different kinds of insurance which Really had help me .I recommend Dr Joo 100%.

Best place ever!!! Have had chronic upper shoulder pain for the last 6 years due to severe muscle spasms. I also suffer from fibromyalsia that has caused me to have severe fatigue as well as a host of other ailments. Have seen so many specialist and doctors in the last 6 years with no help at all. Have taken so much medication for everything also with no improvement. I started seeing Dr. Joo about 6 weeks ago and I cannot believe what a difference it’s made. Between the special tea you can purchase from him, the acupuncture and cupping, the pain in my shoulder has gone from a 10 to about a 6. I’m still a work in progress but no doctor has been able to diminish the pain I’ve lived with except for Dr. Joo. I highly recommend him for anyone suffering from pain. Great alternative for back pain, or any pain for that matter. Dr joo offers a variety of natural remedies, depending on your condition. They accept a variety of different health plans as well.

I have a rare disease called stills disease, I have gone to multiple doctors and still they do not have a cure. The only solution recommended by my doctors was to intake medicine such as prednisone and a form of chemotherapy. I refused to take these medicines because the severe side affects that come with the drugs such as moonface, fertility loss, possible failure of organs. So I chose to do this naturally with Dr. Joo. At first I had my doubts about acupuncture and doing things naturally but I was desperate for another solution so I gave it a shot. After a month of treatment, provided Dr Joo had given me a tea remedy that he had specifically concocted for my condition. I had regained about 60% of my strength through acupuncture and drinking his tea faithfully every day. I can honestly say that Dr. Joo is a great Dr., and I highly recommend him! I will certainly continue with him until I am 100%.

Had chronic arthritis in need. Doctor sent me to pain management, told me i need knee scraping and if that did not work knee replacement. I was scarced found Dr. Joo after 3 weeks no longer had inflammation and was able to walk long distance again with out saying my knee hurts. With acupuncture and cupping and tea he makes iam pain free, and quite a few people have commented that iam walking better and no longer complaining of pain. I’m very happy at this place. I went in with muscle tension and left with relief. Acupuncture is effective. it was my first time, it wasn’t painful at all. I’ll be back for more treatment. there was plenty of parking, they accept credit cards. Dr Joo helped me out today and I’m thankful. sweet relief.

Visited for back pain, and numbness and have seen considerable progress! I have it infrequently now, and am pleased with my results. This has been my first exposure to both acupuncture and cupping and both serve their purpose. Dr. Joo will evaluate your condition and recommend different treatments depending on your preference and ailment. I would recommend treatment for those experience any type of pain, whether it be new or chronic. I’ve seen improvement on both my chronic knee pain, and my newer arm numbness.
I also must say that he is very accommodating with appointment times, which is imperative with everyone’s busy schedules.

Today was the second time i went to go see this doctor… hes amazing, he really cares about his patience and goes above and beyond. I have lower back pain and have been going to help with my weight loss journey (ear acupuncture) and so far so good. The consultation is free;) this place is also very clean which is a huge plus! Healing the way for me. I was rear ended in a car accident 4yrs ago and have recurring symptoms from the trauma. My back, neck, shoulders and what not in so much pain these last couple weeks and was just thinking of going to my regular chiropractor for a massage and adjustment. Actually my appointment is in 2 days but I was feeling so beat and really needed some quick help or the pain was gonna drive me nuts. I passed by Dr. Joo’s and had to stop in. Best decision of my life. I’d done acupuncture once in the past and really felt I should give it another shot since I remembered it did have a positive affect, only this experience was far greater than I would’ve imagined or hoped for. They checked my insurance for co pay with my ppo, filled out one sheet of paper and he was able to take me in without an appointment luckily. Took his time to ask questions and get to know my situation better. Beyond the acupuncture, he had additional therapy which I didn’t expect. If you have more then just back pain issues like; weight problem, sciatica and so on. Well to make a long and wonderful experience shorter said, when we were done I wanted to cry and hug Dr. Joo because of the relief I felt. I am canceling my other appointment and am gonna continue seeing Dr. Joo, working towards a more definitive program to help with my recovery. This first session was already a huge improvement and I can’t be thankful enough.
