I hired Johnny’s Express to provide transportation for my wedding. We put a deposit down as we had every intention of using them for our big day. Until they told us they couldn’t guarantee that their buses could make it down the roads where we were getting married. No big deal, we were well within our contracted time of cancellation for a FULL REFUND, so we cancelled and went with another company. This was back in March. Fast forward to TODAY, June 1st, and they have still not refunded our money. After several attempts to contact them, they keep claiming they will send it, and then never do. It’s over $ 400!!! And every time we try to call or email, no answer. They have stolen money from us, and I am looking into what the next steps are that we need to get our money back. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON HIRE THIS COMPANY.

This company is great I use them for many events, weddings, tailgating, party’s, stateline trips even Vegas. The owner Johnny is is nothing but class, at times he’s even at locations of the pick ups making sure everything is ok and if I need anything.
The drivers are nice and drive well I highly recommend them.

By far the worst customer service ever. Don’t expect to get a call back from this company.
After speaking with MONICA about chartering a couple of buses for a trip, I was assured that the two buses were available and that my reservations were locked in. She told me that I would receive a confirmation email that day. The email never came. I called back and spoke to her again and she told me that I would receive something the following day. I never received any emails or phone calls. I tried calling and leaving messages, but never heard anything back. To make a long story short, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Excellent bus company, professional drivers. I have used them multiple times for turn arounds to state line. Very affordable, and I would recommend them to everyone.
