This is my go to for boba mostly because it’s convenient, close to home, and The boba is pretty good. The customer service here is not amazing but it’s not bad either. It’s just ok a bunch of young girls doing their job trying to get the customers in and out. I just had excellent customer service experience at another boba place with lots of suggestions and the girl was SUPER friendly, which is why I think these girls need to step up their game a notch :) but as far as boba it’s good. I don’t think it’s really missing anything and the prices are pretty good, service is prompt. No complaints, just a small suggestion, put on your smiles girls, and suggest drinks to your customers according to things you have tried and liked

WORST Customer Service I have ever received !!! These two girls were on their phones .took for ever to make my bobas & made them wrong !!! Then gave me attitude when I asked if they could fix them !!! I forgot to get the manager info
