After looking for a cleaners and reading the bad reviews on other places once i came across this cleaners decided to give it a try and the results were exactly what we were looking for! Took in 6 shirts for my fiancé and he was more than happy will definitely be back.

This place has great service and they do a fabulous job! They have even done some of my dresses with embellishments. The best dry cleaners in Downey by far! They also have alterations in house so if a zipper needs to be changed or hem fixed they will take care of that! They are a bit on the expensive side that’s the only reason I gave them four stars. But overall worth it!

Just got home from Del Rio Cleaners. I must say their work is exceptional! I brought in 16 pieces of garment, including a 3 piece costume for an upcoming event. All spotless and lovely!
I also brought in a button-​up shirt and a pair of jeans for repair. The shirt was missing a button, the woman who takes care of you here told me I had to find her a button. I said the button I had shattered. When I came back to pick up everything she had gone out of her way to find a button for the shirt! WHAT AN AWESOME GESTURE! Oh, the jeans were repaired as well with a new zipper.
One last thing, my costume has a bow on it that never seems to stay in place in just the way I like it. I don’t know how they did it, but the bow on my costume is now perfect! I’m definitely coming back!

Wow, what can I say about this place. I can honestly say that this place is great. I arrived here on a Monday searching for a business that had dry cleaning and alterations. I found Del Rio Dry cleaning and when I went in I was greeted with smiles. The younger looking Asian women asked what I needed done. I told her I needed a zipper replaced and needed it by Wednesday. She explained the earliest she could do it would be Thursday and her reason made sense. I come back on Thursday (today) and everything I wanted was done correctly. She even gave me 10% off and in return I decided to write this amazing no BS review. The ladys name was Martha (not an Asian name, I know). Now I can happily go home and not here my wife complain or be upset. I needed this done and Del Rio helped me out because first it saved me a headache and 2. It took a big burden off my back because let them not of finished or done this alteration correctly I would of been miserable lol. THANKS AND GRACIAS DEL RIO!!!

Tried this place out due to such great reviews and I am very happy with the results! Nice, sweet lady greeted me. I dropped off two blazers, and three pants one for alterations and I am completely happy. They will definitely see me again!

My family and I have been coming here for years and we have always received excellent service from every staff member that we have encountered at Del Rio Cleaners. Martha, the lady that we interact with most of the time is awesome. She is very understanding and always strives to have everything done to your exact specifications.
Whether you are getting clothing pressed, cleaned or tailored Del Rio Cleaners will take great care of you. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been here three times. The first was the most successful.
First time: I dropped my yukata and happi off late Thursday afternoon. I wanted to pick it up the next day. The lady said it wouldn’t be available until Saturday. Excuse me? SO if I were to drop it off Friday morning before 10AM, I could have it by 3PM… but if I drop it off Thursday, I can’t have it until Saturday? Whatever. I picked it up the next Monday (I worked on Saturday). It was ok. For the price it was ok. My yukata was still a little wrinkled and my happi still had some «stains» on it. She said that they wouldn’t come out. It turns out, I all needed from my happi was to spray some generic pre-​wash that my boyfriend had and then wash it myself.
Second time: My boyfriend wanted to get his apron dry cleaned. She told him it couldn’t be dry cleaned. FINE.
Third time: I asked her (same lady all three times) to press my yukata on Thursday afternoon. She told me I could pick it up Saturday morning. AGAIN. WHY DON’T I JUST DROP IT OFF THE NEXT MORNING BEFORE 10AM. When I told her I wanted it by Friday, she pushed my yukata back to me and told me I was crazy. She just started waving her hands at me, shaking her head and telling me I’m crazy.
RUDE. The service here is TERRIBLE. The final product is mediocre. The pricing, is decent though. So if you want cheap, then go here.
I told my boyfriend we are NEVER going back here. I have never experience ANY dry cleaner in ANY part of California as rude and inconsistent as this.

Found the Cleaners that I have been looking for!
I am very picky. Maybe because I have expensive suits and ties and other places that I’ve been to don’t really put care into them. So I gave this place a try after reading the past reviews. Oddly enough, this is the only place that has reviews. If its good enough that others would take the time to express their satisfied experience it was worth giving a try.
So I brought in a suit coat that had a small stain, 1 tie, 1 slacks that had coffee creamer stains, and a dark blue suit with blue cheese stains to see how good of a job they. Dark blue suit came out perfect. Lightly pressed just the way I like it. Pants came out very clean. and the tie was cleaned. The suit coat, I wasn’t sure if the stain that I originally asked them to take off was still there or if the design of the suit was deceiving. The lady and her husband said that they would try one more time.
Well after returning to pick up the coat, I determined that they did a good job and the stain was pretty much off.
I hope their service is like this all the time! They are really nice and they stand by they commitment of providing great service.
If I run into any problems in the future, be assured that i will mentioned it!

I was recommended to come here to get my dry cleaning done, and boy was I glad I did. They did such an amazing job, especially since my order was so last minute. I had it in by 10am and it was ready for me to pick up at 3pm for my evening dinner party! Who can beat that?
The service there was phenomenal. They were so nice and accommodating. When I came back to pick up my clothes, they remembered me and had my order for me.
Not only do they have great service, their prices are cheap for high quality. Would definitely come back!

I have a lot of clothes that need dry cleaning… which means I also need a lot of money to pay for drycleaning.

Ive been here many times. My parents live nearby, about a 5 minute walk. Since I visit them a lot I drop off clothes everytime I get a chance.
Their prices are great and they always seemed to get stains off better than the cleaners around where I live.
I remember taking my jacket to get cleaned and they were $ 4 cheaper than the one near my house.
They are very nice and I would recommend this cleaners to anyone. Drop by and give them a try, you wont regret it.
