Danniela’s Bridal & Tuxedo Connection

So after checking out a few wedding dresses I liked on
, it directed me to this place, which stated they have em. Ok, so I make an appt then drive on over with my pictures of the wedding gowns I’m interested in. I walk in and it’s empty, this girl comes out in shorts, sandals, and a casual top and says «hi, can I help you?» — initial reaction, «ugh, isn’t this suppose to be a professional store?»
So whatever, I tell her what I’m looking for and show her the pictures of the style I want. She barely glances at them, then pulls me over to some dresses that have no similarity in the style I was looking for! I tell her again, «No, this isn’t what I am looking for — the knot said you guys carry the ones I DO want. Can I take a look at them? Do you have them here?» She finally goes and checks online. Nope. They don’t got em. Apparently, they’re a new style and wouldn’t be coming in till after my wedding date. Ugh, of course, just my luck.
In sum, my complaint here is that the girls that work here are not dressed professional which plays a huge role in the representation of your company. They also DO NOT listen to your needs but instead show you what THEY like or what sells the best. Nope, not a way to win your customers.
Mind you, this was my 1^st trip looking at wedding gowns & I def wouldn’t recommend starting your 1^st search here. Get the style no. then call to ask if they got it or not. Don’t waste your gas & time like I did!
