Uncompassionate doctors that do not listen to a word you say… moronic secretaries that couldn’t even access their own computers… disgusting and filthy building with roaches and dirty carpets. If you want to continue being in pain than I suggest coming here. Until then I will continue seeing the best pain doctor that I know of… me. This country use to have the best doctors. If you care about the money and the prestige then you shouldn’t even have gone to school for what you do. Your job is to help people and listen to their needs, we pay your bills, not your fake doctrine. Until this changes you will find me in Canada or Mexico, which sadly enough is becoming the new America. Thank God for the freedom of speech and Unilocal. Can’t understand why pain clinics look at you like some kind of addict. FYI If I wanted drugs then all I have to do is go to the right website or make a phone call. Drugs are the easiest thing to obtain, especially pain medication. All I wanted was help. All my surgeries have been complete failures just like every doctor I’ve seen so far. Avoid this business at all costs and get a good primary.

Wish i could give a –10 star rating. Dr. VALDEZ took over for the greatest Doctor(Docherty) when he retired. Valdez. this guy is a joke. Doestn care for one second about his patient. 60 seco ds with Valdez and you can tell he is one in this profession for a paycheck and cares not for the people who keep his checks comming. God help you if you already have him as a Dr. If you dont. and are looking for a PM doctor. try looking in Long beach(think memorial care, practice).

I am not a patient here but drove someone here for their appointment. The waiting room should be a calm, relaxing environment to put patients at ease before their procedures. The opposite of that is what we had here on this day. It says so loud with everyone talking, TV blaring the Wendy Williams Show, people on their cell phones making phone calls. Ain’t nobody want to hear about that! And the staff too busy to take control of their office. A simple sign saying no phone calls inside or keep your voices down would have done. It’s not a zoo, it’s a doctors office.
