5 Stars is for SUE! The office really should be SUE’S STATE FARM OFFICE!
–1 is because no there seems to be able to handle anything, except for SUE! I have left messages for Jonathan Twitty and he never returns a call. I left a message for him 3 days ago when Sue was out and he never returned call. .he waited for Sue to return to office.
You do need to do all the follow up here in your limits, etc. Reviews need to be prompted by you to get the best rate.
If SUE wasn’t so efficient and excellent at her job, I would transfer agents immediately.

Jonathon has done an excellent job for our family and the coverage he has provided has been great and was cheaper than the competition. We are very happy with him and with state farm. Just give him a try and he will do you well.

Are there NEGATIVE stars? This company and its agent Twitty do not know how to insure anyone and they give BAD information out to consumers. Point in hand: I canceled the insurance 3 days after my monthly payment and the refund from $ 140 was $ 48. This should have been closer to $ 120 They rip you off and don’t care about helping you fix the problem. NEVER use this agent — try another company ANYONE ELSE just NOT state farm.

Jonathan Twitty is as good as they come. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied with your insurance and that you have just the right amount of coverage. I have been completely satisfied with all of our transactions together, and I look forward to many years of having him as my agent.
In the past I have found that he is always reachable whenever you have a question about your policy, and if there’s something he doesn’t have an answer to he’ll call the corporate office and get you an answer that day. I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s great.
