Door & Window Superstore

We purchased an entry door here for our garage. It was an odd size and after making several calls around, they had the best price. We ordered and installed the door, but a few months later the bottom of the door started to buckle and swell. My husband contacted the store regarding this and getting it replaced under warranty. He had to call them several times. They would tell him that they would call them back, but never would and he would have to call again. Finally the replacement came in. We had to either take the old door off and bring it in when picking up the new one (leaving our garage open and exposed) or leave them a $ 100 deposit. They had seen the damaged door in person, this seemed unnecessary and inconvenient as we had to make two trips and borrow a larger vehicle each time.
The replacement door has now started to buckle and swell. I don’t know why they can’t get us a door that is not defective. Again, my husband called the store, they would tell him that they will contact the manufacturer and get back to him, but they rarely would.
After four months are now working with someone who has been doing a better job of keeping us informed and is working on getting us a better door. They also informed us that the problem with the door is that the manufacturer wrongly told them the door would work for this application. Fingers crossed for a better review update.

I’ve had Simpson and Marvin doors installed by Door and Window Superstore. Their prices are high compared to a big box store like Home Depot, but they carry the best products, their service is excellent and the installers are total pros. You get what you pay for. I strongly recommend them.
