Told me they can work on Prius, instead they installed the wrong pins after an oil change. A mess, the whole bottom fell off, nothing left I had to change the bottom and many other things. I will never go back, and please be aware.

They’re totally honest. The manager spent time going over my car and then said I’d be better to go to a place with a special machine to really go over the car. He coulda taken my money and done the job, but he did what he thought was best for me. Highly recommend them.

Great service, clean waiting area, and reasonably priced. Got my Prius an oil change and they knew how to turn off the check engine light off, unlike Jiffy Lube. They also had nitrogen air for my tires unlike Just Tires. Overall, very happy with the experience.

They gave my daughter the wrong spare tire back (4 lug, and hers was 5 lugs) and it didn’t fit when she got another flat tire.

I am disgusted with my service. My car was having an issue with the power steering. Thinking it was just a leaky hose, I brought it in. I let them know that I needed to know ASAP if they could fix it so I would have time to take it to another place. This is the only vehicle I have and I needed to get to work the rest of the week. It was not looked at until the following day, which is probably because they were busy. Here are where the issues started:
Jonathan told me they could fix it and it would be about $ 320 to replace the hose. A little steep, but I wasn’t in a position to negotiate. Later that day, they called and told me that they couldn’t fix it because they needed a blow torch because the hose was completely rusted. They said they would send it to another place, but that other place could not fix it until the following day. That leaves me without a car for 2 ½ days which caused me to miss hours at my job due to transportation issues. They guaranteed that the other place would keep the same rate, but at this point I had no choice. The steering fluid was gone and they had my car. I needed it fixed, so I had to trust them. Finally, I got to pick my car up yesterday late-​afternoon. The guy at the new place said that the price was going to be $ 480 which is drastically different than what I was promised from Jonathan at Cassidy. When I asked them why, the person at the new place told me that Jonathan only quoted me for half the job, because the entire other half was rusted as well. The new guy called Jonathan and said he couldn’t match the price that was promised to me, and Jonathan told him to just fix half of it and send us on our way. The new guy was able to work with us and brought our final cost down to $ 320 even though he said he normally would charge $ 500 for it.
The service provided by Cassidy was appalling and deceitful. I was very glad that I was not taken advantage of more than I could have been, but I will never return to this store again and I will make sure to let people know before they are snagged into a trap that the business done here, judging by the high ratings, is inconsistent and sneaky. If I could give zero stars I would. There was no type of extra accommodation that was offered for such a large inconvenience, and their word with a «friendly company» does not go as far as they claimed. Had I not been at my wit’s end, and had the other person not been sympathetic, I would be out close to another $ 200 that I do not have to spend.
As a service company that fixes things for people who can’t, your word is everything. There has to be trust in the company that they will not bamboozle or lie about their charges. After this experience, I have zero faith that it won’t happen again in the future.

Extremely friendly, competent, and quick service! I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are very satisfied. Prices are fair too!

Once again a big SHOUT OUT to Cassidy Tire. My low tire pressure light was on this morning. I assumed it was because of the cold weather change, but wanted to be sure. I drove to Cassidy before work just to make sure. I walked in told them the problem and they took care of it right away. No complaints (because I didn’t have an appointment), no rolled eyes (because of the nature of the problem) ~ just friendly, prompt service. They checked my tires and informed me that each one was 5lbs. low. They filled them up and I was on my way in under 10 minutes (No Charge). It is so hard to find good customer service today, however Cassidy Tire never fails in this department. Thank you Cassidy Tire… Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Excellent attention to detail. I had a flat, and decided to replace two tires. When I picked up the car, I found they had retrieved the jack and other items from the back seat and repacked them in the trunk wheel well. And even put the owner’s manual back in the glove compartment. Way above and beyond. Thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of coming here three times now. I have had nothing but pleasant, prompt and courteous service. I drive out of my way to come to this location because I feel more comfortable now that I know the manager, Rick. The one reason I couldn’t give a five-​star rating was because I had to return for a slight re-​balancing of the tires I recently purchased. The fix was quickly performed and I was off and on my way in no time. My car drives extra smooth, and I’m pleased to pass on the reference.
