At Śraddhā Coffee Roasting Company, our first and foremost mission is to offer the best cup of coffee around. While we know that what makes a good cup of coffee is subjective and up to individuals; we try to follow best practices as set for by the SCAA and other specialty coffee groups around the world, combined with our own testing and experimenting. We always strive for only the best in quality in everything we do, whether it be in our offerings, or the way we brew or otherwise prepare our offerings.

However, our mission goes much further than that.

The Śraddhā Coffee Roasting Company will focus on quality first. All of our offerings, whether coffee, food, treats, or baked goods, will be carefully created, tested, and prepared. Any items we do not prepare ourselves or ingredients used to prepare our offerings will be selected for quality, eco-​friendliness, locality, and sustainability.

History

Established in 2015.

Śraddhā Coffee Roasting Company was founded by Damon Mullen and Sarah McCloud from a desire to be with our family and live a life of fulfillment through sharing our passions for coffee, community, love, and friendly companionship with the world around us; imparted through the passion in which we roast every batch, serve our customers, and interact with the people in our lives.

Co-​Owner and Roastmaster for Śraddhā, Damon’s background is in computers. After over 15 years in the corporate world, Damon walked away to start his own business focusing on things he was passionate about.
