History

Established in 2003.

MC provides engineering, land survey, and technical services to both public and private clients, as well as non-​profit organizations. We are registered Professional Engineers in Delaware and Maryland and have a network of Professional Land Surveyors licensed throughout the Mid-​Atlantic Region.

Our Department of Defense experience includes Military Housing Privatization, Resident Construction Management, Contract Program Management, Title II Services, and Project Oversight.

Mrs. Adams guides the company with more than 22 years of experience in business management and business development.
