Luigi’s Pizza

Pizza was alright, service was TERRIBLE. Said 20 – 25 minutes for pickup. Got there 30 minutes after I called. Was told my pizza was almost done, although I watched them make it when I was there. 15 minutes later (45 minutes after I called it was ready). Got home ad it was still cold. I don’t mind it taking longer but do not lie to me it is almost ready when you have not even made it yet. Do not go here!

STRIKE 1-​Hubby called to place an order for delivery and whomever answered the phone was rude and had NO room for patience. Seems that if you are a new restaurant you would try to be a little bit nicer to your patrons instead of speaking to them like you work at the DMV. Just sayin.
STRIKE 2-​We live less than 10 min away and that’s being generous (it’s actually 7 min going the speed limit) and we received our food 1 hour and 15 min later. I even timed it and actually from the time we placed the order, to the time they started knocking on our front door, it was 1 hour and 18 min exactly. What kind of delivery service is that?!? I google mapped it and I could’ve walked faster than the time they got here! Wth?!?
STRIKE 3-​We ordered Nachos w/​cheese (no beef) & Alfredo (comes with the garlic knots), broccoli bites and cheese steak. Of course it was all soggy and cold. The nachos were so soggy that the cheese was harder than the nachos because it was so cold that the cheese solidified on top of the nachos and made the nachos all gooey and mushy! The Alfredo was tasteless and soggy, no flavor at all. My hubby’s cheese steak was so soggy that the bun was mush! The meat was over cooked, broccoli bites were cold and hard, do I need to keep going with the obvious?!? I was willing to forget strikes 1 & 2 if our food was good because honestly folks. we were starving!!! We don’t care if you are an impatient arse on the phone. and we could’ve gotten past the time lapse thing. eventually. but to bring us food that my 5 year old nephew could have made himself. and not only would it have been better quality, but I know darn well it would’ve def been warmer than a frickin ice cube. That’s unforgivable!!! You are OUT!

Pizza is great, service is good. Just step up delivery a bit and it would be perfect! I go out of my way for their pizza. Good pizza is hard to find!

Restaurant had only two tables, large unattractive potted plants surrounded the register and the place didn’t seem tidy/​clean at all. Customer service was lacking and the AC was not working. The pizza/​mozz. sticks that I had were very unappealing, and I wound up getting sick for two days. I do not recommend this place at al. I was too tired and hungry to look for other pizzerias, while driving up from VA. I should’ve followed my gut and walked out immediately, but I didn’t want to be rude.

I drive passed 5 other pizza places to go here. I like that they have options other places dont. The Delaware pizza is great and the BBQ chicken pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to be a customer.

Always great food and friendly service! I highly recommend it to anyone! The pizza is always a favorite for the kids and the cheesesteaks are great! You won’t be disappointed

Pretty lame salty pizza. Not much else to say. They make them quick enough they just are blah tasting and no Sicilian they said they don’t have pans for it. Throw out your round pans too guys.

Very very disappointing!!! Pizza was cold… Wings waste of money! Will not get another dime of mine! Extremely rude customer service… You just my lost my business. Find another place.

Nice guys, will make anything for you. Pizzas great, fries are great, and cheesesteaks are good. I’m from philly so unless the chicken is finely chopped it’s not a real steak.
I’ve never had an Italian meal there so I can’t comment on them.

Had a meal delivered to our house while visiting family in the area. The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was really pleasant and friendly, but the food was just way too greasy. We ended up throwing most of it in the garbage.

We stopped here on our way home from Virginia Beach. They have pretty decent pizza for the area. Stop by and check out out!

I’d have given it 4 stars if I’d remembered to review it earlier, but I didn’t, and we hadn’t been there lately, and then dinner last night was kinda meh. Fries and a cheesesteak, both with a weird aftertaste, and the cheesesteak way too greasy. Yes, it’s a cheesesteak, it’s gonna be greasy, but not so greasy the entire roll turns to mush and the paper is translucent by the time it gets home.

This place opened up about a year ago, and we’ve been going there for pizza ever since. They have a small seating area, but we always get takeout. They have a Facebook account that you can friend (it’s not a page, it’s a «person») where they post specials and other info.
They’re a friendly bunch of guys, 3 brothers, and they always treat us well. The food is great. What more can I say?
