I dropped my pants off a week and a half ago to have them taken in at the thigh and tapered down to the ankle, he said come back in a week. So I did, I get there and he hasn’t even touched them, he says «come back tomorrow». I came back the next day and he still hadn’t touched them. I came back and he said the same thing. I still haven’t gotten my pants back. So I can’t even review the workmanship. Only the customer service, which I think I was more than generous with a 2

The workmanship is reliably good – I’ve gone a few times now – but the prices are really high compared to my previous experiences with tailors. I would go again for a tough job, but I’ve been looking for a less expensive alternative for easy jobs like hemming pant lines.

I have had a couple of pairs of pants shortened, which they did well, so I brought them my favorite jeans that had a broken zipper. Now they are as good as new.
They do excellent work for very reasonable prices. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is that they smoke in the shop. A lot. So you have to wash your clothes after you pick them up. But the work is so good, it’s worth it.
**UPDATE** I think he may have given up smoking because the last time was there, there wasn’t any smoke odor. Yay! Upgraded to 5 stars. :)
