Established in 2002.

Janitorial Cleaning Professionals has been cleaning commercial properties since 2002. We started as a sole proprietorship named Big O Building Service and later changed our name to Janitorial Cleaning Professionals because it better described who we are. At the start most of our work was subcontracted from other cleaning companies in the area. As a small business this was the most viable way for growth. Later we realized that our professionalism was being attributed to other companies that had nothing to do with the service so we changed our name and start providing our services directly to our clients. This not only led to happy clients but also let us grow our relationships with our clients. This close relationships let of create partnerships with our clients that benefited both.

Hi, my name is Orlando owner of Janitorial Cleaning Professionals. I have been cleaning building for more than 35 years either as an employee or business owner. After I left the military (Army) after serving in Germany, I came to the USA hoping to start my own business. I worked hard as most Americans do. While I worked full time for different companies I also worked part time as a cleaner in different buildings in the Morris County, New Jersey area. I went to school at Dover Business College and learned Computerized Accounting and was hired by Suburban Propane as a Sales Tax Accountant all this time still working as a part time cleaner. In 2002 one of the companies that I worked for as a cleaner offered to help me start my business and they would subcontract to me their work. That is how I started and I am proud of the hard work me and all my employees do to satisfy our clients.
