I was referred to them by my mechanic. The woman picking up the phone a an A$$. ZERO phone etiquette. automatically puts you on hold… and leaves you on hold for at least five minutes. This happened to me THREE times. I have no time or patience for this nonsense. AND if that wasn’t enough they quoted me $ 1,200.00 worth of suspension work. When I went back to my mechanic it turns out to be $ 400.00 worth of suspension work. They more that doubled the markup on parts. STAY AWAY!!! THEIVES!!!

I was referred to Freeway in October 2015 for four new tires on my Acura. I’m so glad I took the advice of Denville Bear and Body who recommended them. Anthony at Freeway researched the tires needed for my car and I ended up saving at least $ 250 on four tires compared to what the dealer quoted me. Anthony and his staff are professional and very efficient. I just had to make an emergency visit to Freeway this morning because I got a flat tire last night and the doughnut tire was put on as a temporary replacement. Anthony was able to fit me right into the schedule and I was out of there within 20 minutes, with my old tire repaired and they also checked and put air in the doughnut for the next time — if I ever get another flat tire and have to use it. I am so pleased with their level of service and there was no charge for the repair since I purchased my tires there. Also, the waiting room and restroom are clean and pleasant.

Awesome customer service, great prices and guess what: FREE wheel alignment when you change all your tires and FREE tire rotation every 7000 miles; what else can I ask!!! I know it sounds like a commercial but it’s the truth. Aida and Anthony are very nice people.

I too, am now a customer for life. I was impressed with their honesty and the quality of their service.
In one instance, I came in for new tires and a break job, but was told that I didn’t need new breaks yet. Something other shops would happily do to make an easy buck. On another occasion, I went to another shop (stupidly) and was told that my car needed new shocks, struts, 1 wheel bearing, and 4 tires at over $ 2k. yikes! I went to Freeway for a competing quote, but yet again, was told that all I needed was 2 new tires.
With this kind of honesty and the quality of their repairs, I would pick Freeway even if they were significantly pricier than the competition. Thankfully, that’s not the case. Their prices are also great. It’s an incredible find.

Great prices, awesome service! Best tire place in the area. No need to put up with businesses that don’t care if they get your business or not. Use a company that values you as a customer. I highly recommend.

A hundred miles from home and I get a bolt in my brand-​new tire. Google led me here, and $ 20 later, I was off, good as new.
Sure, they took their sweet time patching the tire, but what do I know about patching tires? I can’t knock a place for a job well done. If I lived anywhere near them, I’d feel comfortable giving them more of my business.

Anthony was very good to me had all four tires replaced and wheel alignment done. Called back since my truck drifted to the left and before I got any more words out he asked what road I drove on. Anthony pretty much summed it up like NASCAR does to the race cars. Also gave me a great deal on the tires.
