Tried 3 times in a 4 week period thinking ‘no way can this be their standard’ after the first disaster. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The guy who answers the phone doesnt speak English. All three times they outright lied about how long it would take for a pick up… by over an hour EACH TIME.

Horrible taxi service! The guy that answers the phone doesn’t speak he just grunts or yells at you. You can barely understand him. Not sure how they stay in business. Will never use this car service.

I needed car service in central and far western NJ where taxis are slim to none and these guys were willing to do it — and for the best price I could find after quoting several car services. Their drivers were friendly and Ray, the manager at the office, was extremely personable and easy to work with over the phone. There was a pick-​up timing issue the second time I used them due to some unforeseen circumstances, but the driver did manage to get me to the airport in time for my flight and the customer service after the fact was professional and very much in tune with my expectations (was comped for the driver being late).
