Blier Flooring LLC

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service quite like Blier Flooring. My first interaction started with them being late to the quote for carpeting. I called, they said they had a medical emergency, could we reschedule. Absolutely! I am not heartless, I get that things happen. I called back a few days later to reschedule. The day of the reschedule the guy who was doing the measurements called to say he would be late, could we do it later? Sure. I was on the phone when he called again about 30 minutes later to say he was going to be earlier and he would wait. Ok, fine. Jump in my car to scramble over to the house. Get another call when I’m en-​route that he was already done measuring and he left (I had a contractor at the house doing work who let him in). Aggravated at this point, I asked my questions and hung up. 3 days later I called Blier to ask about the status of my quote. Rocky who answered sound like he was surprised that the phone even rang. I asked about the status of my quote. He asked to put me on «hold» but never really did so for 3 minutes I got to listen to rustling of papers and files as as him shouting to a co-​worker «Hey, do you have the (enter my last name here) file?». He came back only to ask to call me back in a few minutes. 2 days later, he called me and was so unprofessional it’s hard to even put into words. Apparently he was having an unsavory conversation with a coworker while he was dialing my number and thought that I had over heard the conversation. WHAT?! So he asks if I’ve picked out my carpet which I said no, and at this point I will not be using your services. So he asked what the problem was and I relayed all of the above. He clearly did not listen to anything I said as he «mhmmmed» me the whole time. The only thing he picked up on was the initial reschedule and informed me that it was his mom and they almost lost her. Again, he must not have listened to a word I said because I completely understand that stuff happens! So then he proceeds to tell me that I won’t find anyone cheaper. I realized at this point that Rocky at Blier flooring just doesn’t get it and I would be arguing with an idiot, you know how that goes. I told him good luck, sir and hung up.

Nice People, gave us a great price on ceramic tile flooring! The style we chose is called «Portifino» and looks awesome in our new home. The family run company gives free estimates and offers 0% financing, we took advantage of both. We’re very happy we chose Blier!
