History

Established in 1990.

Bits and Bytes was founded by Henry Forester and Michelle Condon in 1990 to serve the computer needs of small businesses in Delaware. We’ve worked on systems from the original IBM PC running DOS up through the latest Windows based operating system. We’ve dealt in accounting packages, medical practice management/​EHR systems, and many industry specific software programs. Our networking experience has ranged from Novell Netware, to Windows Peer-​to-​Peer, to Windows Server 2012R2 based systems.

Since 1985, Henry has been building, selling and servicing PC based systems to various businesses. As a business owner himself, he has a clear perspective on the unique technological requirements that are necessary to operate a business in an efficient and profitable manner. He leads a talented group of programmers, IT professionals and network specialists while being a very «hands-​on» manager to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
