After removing the braces, teeth turned out really bad and dr feather agreed that more work needed to be done. Didn’t do anything for my daughter, nephews and other family members. Don’t recommend her at all!

I don’t even know where to start but to make an incredibly long story short… i came here for braces in prep for a jaw surgery ive been needing. She led me to believe she was capable. I forked over a large amount of money after being told that surgical patients require extra treatment. (the things i paid for i later learned i never received) her staff is constantly changing, probably because she is incredibly condescending and disrespectful to them in front of patients. Ive now had braces for 5 years when it shouldve been 2 tops. I’m finally having surgery soon thanks to a competent ortho but i had to get married wearing braces. Ive also had two other medical professionals tell me i should sue for the horrible job she did. Avoid her like the plague.

Great office, cute décor, video games for kids in the waiting room. Wonderful friendly and kind staff! I would recommend Dr. Feather to everyone. She is a perfectionist and wants you to have the perfect teeth.

I don’t recommend this orthodontist. Its very hard to get appointments and once you do get them they change it multiple times which has happened to me on many occasions. They don’t usually have appointments open in the afternoon when most kids get out of school. My son always complains that his teeth hurts every time he visits because of the different assistants who work there. They’re very demanding when it comes to their time, yet they don’t care about mine. Dr. Feather only cares about her time and her needs. If she really cared about her customers she wouldn’t cancel appointments she had previously committed to. Avoid this place if possible.

Best orthodontist out of all the ones I looked into. She is up to date with the latest technology, her office is new & super clean, they give free wifi while you wait, and her prices are fair. She was even featured on best of LA on kcal9.
Her office is nicely decorated with an ocean and island feel to it. She lived in Hawaii for a while and brought back some of the aloha with her. She loves surfing & anything that has to do with the ocean. She is very friendly and is good at what she does. Right away I felt comfortable talking to her.
My braces were supposed to take 18 months but she was able to do it in 15 months. The difference in my smile is amazing! She even offers in house financing with 0% interest so that also helped. I knew right away when I interviewed her, that she was the one I wanted to help me get a great smile. I’ve referred a lot of my friends and they drive quite far just to see her. They all said the drive is worth it and they feel same way that I do about what I’m telling u guys about here.
So if you are trying to get braces for you or your kids, don’t bother going to any other orthodontist, you’ll just be wasting your time and money!

Dr. Feather was recommended to me by my dentist to perform some pretty specific work for my case. I had a braces as a child but was in need of them again after developing spaces over the years (wear your retainers Kids!). As an adult needing braces, Dr. Feather was very attentive to my needs, concerns and special circumstances. She and her staff were able overcome my apprehension and surpass my expectations by a mile. Being not from the area, I appreciated the limited number of times I needed to go to see her and her office was more than accommodating when my schedule caused a conflict with my appointments. I was so happy with my results that when my 12 year old daughter was in need of braces, I brought her directly to Dr. Feather without hesitation. The results so far with my daughter are amazing; her teeth seem to move and straighten before our eyes.
If you are in need of an orthodontist, schedule a consultation with Dr. Feather and see for yourself. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

After interviewing several orthodontists in this area, I chose Dr. Feathers office. She is highly experienced and very accommodating.
My son was in treatment and since we moved from out of state, we had to find an orthodontist that could take over his case. She was the only dr that didn’t want to reband, extract or redo anything on my sons braces. It was an easy, painless transition for him. The three other docs we checked out wanted to charge me a substantial amount more (like double). She is quite reasonable and very dedicated to her patients.
My son enjoys her office, beach theme. He gets to watch surfing or tv on the big screen while he’s being worked on. The waiting area is bright, clean and there’s plenty of comfortable couches to relax in while I wait for the boy.
Don’t be turned off by some of the other reviews. I’ve never had an accounting issue with her office and NO, I don’t work for her!
I’m glad I found Dr. Feathers and I highly recommend her office.

I’ve been here since I was 9 (I’m 18 now) with a total of 6 years orthodontic treatment. Each year they get better and better in service. Dr Feather assisted me for my double jaw surgery and communicated with the surgeon very effectively. If you’re looking to put braces on your child and are worried about them being turned off by the experience, they offer a very kid friendly sand dollar program where the kids receive a sand dollar depending on their hygiene each visit. With the sand dollars they can purchase prizes. They also have multiple raffles and games for tickets to theme parks. It’s definitely worth the investment. Now, my teeth are straighter than they’ve ever been. Thanks Dr. Feather.

Dr. Feather is a an exceptional Orthodontist, always keeping her patient’s best interest in mind, and making extra efforts to assist whenever she can. On one occasion she opened the office up just for me to make a repair. She gave up more than two hours of her time on a Sunday. I have heard that many orthodontists take «short cuts» which may help their own pocket book, but can be harmful to their patients. Dr. Feather is not like that. She is a dedicated professional, and has proven time and time again that she puts the well-​being of her patients before her own interest. I highly recommend Dr. Feather for orthodontic needs, especially difficult cases.

Dr. Feather is an excellent orthodontist. I have a 100% confidence in her expertise. When she is meeting with you or working on your teeth, she makes you feel like you are her only patient. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an orthodontist who is professional, stays up to date in her field and values honesty and integrity.

So bad that I pulled my daughter from this place and went else where. We always had to wait hours to be seen and when my daughter would finally get in a chair they would always have someone new working on her and I would always have to go back and have wires and brackets fixed. The worse part is the billing we always had late fees when our payments were always made on time. Make sure you keep track yourself and watch your insurance statements to make sure they’re not over charging you. At times they wouldn’t even apply our payments to our account but yet cashed our checks. I had to go to my bank and have them print out proof that my checks had been cashed along with dates as proof. So glad we went somewhere else that is way more professional and organized and the Dr is great! (near Harkins in Chino Hills). I just wish I had gone else where much sooner. Where we now go is much better and I’m saving money. Dr Feather wanted to charge us about a few thousand dollars over what I’m paying now and the funny thing is this Orthodontist is doing the same thing she had wanted to do at way better price.

As good as it gets. I have two boys on the spectrum and I was extremely choosey when it came to hunting down an expert to aid in my boys’ wonderful world of orthodontics. Oh the changes and miracles she has performed on my son’s mouth is beyond belief. My son now has self-​esteem and can smile proudly without pain and «ugliness.» I love Dr. Feather for that!
The staff has been changed around a bit since we first started coming last spring but the service has been phenomenal! Everything has been accessible for me to come on back and see what exactly is going on and to get informative answers from Dr. Feathers knowledgeable crew! Really, you know you are in good, smart, hands when you come here. And Dr. Feather is always available in house, too! Not like others…
Only change needed: Staff please make sure the television/​dvd are on! LOL

Wow the last review sounds like she works there. This is not the experience I had for the last 14 months. My daughter lost brackets by the time she got up from the chair. Wait times were sometimes over 45 minutes (one time I left before we were seen as it was an hour and they had not called us.) We have since started at another local ortho in Chino Hills. I would not go back even if it was free!!!

Dr. Feather has been great! She is an expert in her field. I feel very comfortable knowing she is taking care of my son’s teeth.
Office is very professional. Roomy seating, always a fun movie playing, never a long wait, video games, and prizes for the kids.
For expertise, she is your go to Dr. for braces and other series teeth matters.
