Terri D.

Business Owner

Terri Duda received her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University School of Law in 1999. She started her formal legal career, in 1999, in a solo practice as well as for a large law firm dedicated to helping people declaring personal bankruptcy.

Before becoming a lawyer, Terri Duda was a Social Security disability advocate. She started the work in 1991, traveling extensively, representing people in their Social Security Disability claims before Administrative Law Judges in a number of states, including Georgia.

For more than two decades, Terri Duda continues to provide guidance, counsel and advocacy to clients with personal legal problems. She takes a highly personalized approach, delivering experienced and compassionate guidance for Social Security disability and personal bankruptcy clients.
