Signature Nails

Quaility of service poor. Nail tech does a very poor job. Service use to be great but thats not great anymore.

I was visiting my dad a few weeks ago and I was bored, seeing as it was Douglasville and all, and took my little sister and myself here for a pedicure. The staff was great — it was nice to see some Vietnamese culture — it made me feel like I was back home in SoCal.
Prices are a little steep but the staff does a great job!!! The best place to go in Douglasville IMO.

First time here because I was recommended by a cousin of mines who comes here frequently and very satisfied with Minh. He’s a comedian and very entertaining. Ask for him. He’s a busy guy so either make sure you have time to wait or make an Appt. Emjoy!

I have been coming to Signature Nail Salon for several years now… I discovered Minh (the salon’s owner) after a bad experience at a nail salon in Buckhead. I will drive anywhere in Atlanta for good service, and did… but thank God I found this salon right in my own community of Douglasville. They are very personable, friendly, consistent, and always classy. I am a flight attendant, so my hands must look good at all times; I can honestly say I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. Always a great job… and the offer of a beverage when I arrive is a wonderful bonus. Top Notch service, Top Notch Salon!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 7 years and would not consider going anywhere else! Great friendly customer service, fabulous quality work, talented nail techs. I love Signature Nails! The waxing is top notch as well. Stephanie

Service was decent, but there are too many nail salons for me to settle for just decent service. Sadly, I’m willing to make a long drive to find one better than this. The most irritating part of this experience was that the two women providing my services were talking to each other the ENTIRE time. I have on headphones playing nature sounds in an attempt to tune out their chatter, but my attempt fell short. I enjoy relaxing when I visit nail salons, but I certainly didn’t experience that here. Other determining factors solidifying that I won’t return are as follows: the massage chair was too forceful and had to turn it off, another nail tech was walking around digging in his nose, and the price is a little high for the quality of service, or lack thereof being provided. Oh, and I almost forgot… when I was being escorted over to the nail drying area, a nail tech kicked my Cole Haan loafers across the floor. ABSOLUTELY a no-​no, but I won’t return to experience this again.

I just left Signature Nails and I am truly disappointed. I started going here because I got tired of driving downtown just for a quality manicure and pedicure. The first time I went, the service was phenomenal. My pedicure was amazing and the products they use are truly moisturizing. The next few times were great and I even took cards and handed them out to friends and family who live in the area. Last Saturday I went in and came out thinking that I had received the same quality service I was used to. However, the next day the gel polish started pulling away from my cuticle. This has never happened to me before! I ve had gel polish several times before and each time it has lasted at least a week and a half even two if its been sealed properly. Unfortunately, considering the fact that I am a human being who has a job I was unable to go in as quickly as I would have liked for a fix. I came back exactly a week later and showed them the peeling. I really wasn’t expecting a free manicure. I just wanted them to know that there was peeling and that Id like them fixed. The manager was VERY rude. He wouldn’t even look at me or my nails. He basically shrugged me off. his tone was condescending and frankly it was a bit embarrassing standing there. I am not one for scenes so I left. I went to another nail salon (Serenity) and they fixed my nails and took off 10.00 because of the trouble I had to go through (It wasn’t even their fault). In my experience, successful businesses are always the ones who value every customer and acknowledge every grievance. I totally understand the issue with the time delay but being rude is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I will NEVER go back I do not give my hard earned money to establishment who do not treat me with respect. There isn’t a pedicure in the world good enough for that. I am back to driving downtown.

I went here with my daughters. Very nice place. Great customer service. I like that they offer a kids pedicure that is reasonable. Tools are autoclaved which is a very nice plus. We were seated right away but had to wait a little while for the pedis to start. That was fine with us it gave us more soaking time and we were checked on to see if we needed the water warmed. Who I can assume was the manager came to check in is and gave us an expected time to start which I liked. I would definitely go back.

I usually head to Atlanta to get my nails and eyebrows done, but it I figured it’s time to venture around the Douglasville area and search for a nail salon.
When I arrived I had amazing service. No wait and they sat me right away. I was met by Tracy who would keep conversation but wouldn’t be too intrusive. She gave me one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever had in my life. It’s scary because Douglasville does not have much to offer, but this manicure was everything!
I didn’t get a pedicure because I didn’t need one but I will 100% be going back and asking for Tracy she is amazing!

Great experience! I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately. My feet and hands look and feel amazing. There were 14 massage pedicure chairs! It was very clean and they had several options to choose from for manis and pedis. I was really surprised to see how many men were there getting pedicures too.
I am certainly looking forward to going back.
