Purchased a refrigerator in late November 2014, it was a floor model. Upon delivery of the item, we discovered that it was missing a sealed drawer and LED light on the water dispenser. Contacted the store regarding the missing items it took two months for the correct sealed drawer to arrive and five months later I’m still waiting for the LED light. The staff and manager of the appliance department was NOT helpful at all. They continued to order the incorrect items and didn’t follow up with a status of item delivery to the store. I ended up contactinh GE directly and with in a 6 days I had the replacement LED light and a professional installer at my front foor. Beware!!!

This Lowe’s is simply awesome to go to in Spring when they have a fantastic selection of potted plants — herbs, greenery, roses and other flowers in their nursery section and just to breath the fresh air outside while looking at their plants for sale… Their customer service is great and always very friendly…

Not a very big fan. we were here for about 20 – 30 minutes and ran into two employees. One at the exit door and the other one at the customer service where we returned a couple of things. No one smiled, and the customer service was clearly irritated about something else. We live kinda far from the stores, but I just might drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a Home Depot down the road.

So this may be a biased review, but I’m gonna give it anyway… I can in here looking for a Portable AC unit with a Dehumidifier and they had a few, but they don’t carry in the store even half of what they show on their website. So, how am I going to compare different units if you don’t have them available when we come into the store? And are you seriously displaying items that are not plugged in? HUH? I want to hear it, fell it and make sure that I want it, prior to purchasing it. HELLO! Otherwise I could have just got it online and purchase it! And guess what else Unilocalers??? If you go online you may find the items cheaper. WTH??? That’s one of those Wally World /Kauffman Tires tricks.(Check them online before you go to either store. Turst me on this one!) If it’s on sale online it should be on sale at the store. But it ain’t so, let’s move on! Since I was in the place I just strolled around and noticed that this is like a lower budget Home Depot(Yep you said it first in your review Jessica H)…Same concept, close to the same price, but without all of the Fancy Frills and Fireworks that you experience at HD. To be fair, I will say that my current ex is a fan of this location. He swears that their prices are usually lower than HD and that they have similar items. He is renovating his rental property so I will assume he is more knowledgeable about many items throughout the store and I am only judging this location based on what my current needs are.

Love this place! The staff always is supportive with any questions, willing to go the extra mile, and helpful in making purchases every time I visit!

Is it just me, or does Lowe’s kinda feel like the«underdog» to Home Depot? I guess it depends mostly on convenience, which is what brought me to Lowe’s(about 6 miles from my house) this past weekend instead of the Depot(only 2 miles away). My boyfriend had the unfortunate meeting with a yellow jacket hive, which was buried underground in our backyard. After mowing the lawn and surviving(five stings later), I saw where the hole was into the hive entrance, and we headed to Lowe’s to find a solution while we were out running some other errands. The staff person was really nice and helpful, and within a few minutes we had the spray we needed. He also suggested when and how to use it for optimum results. So far, I haven’t seen any new activity around the hive so I’m guessing it worked!
