Business Owner
As the owner of Garrett Feis & Associates, Mr. Feis has built the oldest and largest building inspection company in the Midwest. Mr. Feis has been trained and educated as a residential appraiser and has experience as a general contractor in residential Rehab and new home construction. He is also a FHA Fee Panel Inspector and Consultant/Plan Reviewer approved by the St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago and Atlanta FHA Field Offices to provide 203(k) consultant services.
Upon relocation to Atlanta in 2001, Mr. Feis has opened another company, Garrett Feis Remodeling LLC, solely dedicated to residential repairs and remodeling. This new endeavor has allowed Mr. Feis to assemble a team of professional remodelers under one umbrella. This new company has the capabilities of performing complete construction services with in– house staff.
