Food was delicious!
The service was a bit slow. The drive thru last seemed a bit lost in understanding.
I would def go back for the chicken Philly!

I’ve been waiting so long for a place like this in Douglasville. I’ve been living in Douglasville my whole life «30 years» and this place is fantastic. Their Philly cheese steak is to die for! And hot wings, Everything is always fresh and hot. I recommend anybody that ask me where to go eat in dville and its this place.

My husband told ke about this place and I have to try it out. The chicken Philly is soo good. I have not tried the wings yet but trust and believe I will. The wait is always 20 minutes for my food but their food is well worth the wait.

This is a real, authentic cheese steak. They aren’t even this good in Philly. Best around without a doubt. Cooked to order so it may take a few minutes, but not that bad. Fries were average. Not really a lot to say. Sooooo glad I tried it and have been back a few times since. Will keep going back.

Very friendly people, clean, tvs, priced right, and the bubba hot wings were freakin awesome! The wings are perfectly seasoned and their not those huge grissally ones either.

This place is amazing!!! Worth every star!!! First off as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the owner; very friendly guy he walked me through the menu and have me a few suggestions. I went for the philly cheese steak and I’m glad I did. I’m from up North NJ so you know I’ve had good cheese steaks. But this philly cheese steak was AMAZEBALLS… I just might come back tomorrow.

I would give Bubba Macs 5 stars because the burgers are outstanding. Quite possibly one of the best I’ve had. But, the lack of hand cut fries and very slow service make it drop a notch.
I went on a Friday night and the place was slammed as expected. My wife and I got the Deluxe burger combo. It is honestly took well over 30 to 35 minutes to get our food. Others waited 45 minutes or more. The worker said they weren’t slow just crowded. While they were crowded they were very slow also. In fairness they do note that everything is cooked fresh and takes time. But, their version of time and the rest of society’s is two different things.
So, bottom line you should go. But, either do take out to allow cooking time or go expecting to wait.

Love the Phillies and it made fresh to order customer service is good for the most part depending who is working.

Everything was wonderful. Service is excellent food was amazing. It is a great place to come and enjoy lunch with family. I will definitely come back when I am in town. Loved my grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard. My dad had the Philly said it was the best he has had.

I absolutely love Bubba Macs… They have the best Philly Cheese this side of Philly. The customer service is great and Bubba himself is very personable. I have to say you will have to wait a minute for your food because it is cook to order… I’ll wait cause it is that good!!! Keep up the good work… A customer for life!!!

Bubba Mac’s is a great place to eat. I’m having a Philly and some wings. Unfortunately I’m just passing thru, otherwise I wold hit it more often.

Philly Cheese Steak and the Ultimate Burger were very tasty. Both very hot and freshly prepared.

I saw this spot as I was headed to Popeye’s and decided to try something new. I am glad I did. I had the Explosion Burger and it was definitely an explosion of flavor. This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

First time here tonight. What a absolutely clean friendly enjoyable experience! Food was wonderful had so much flavor !!! Deserts are homemade. Staff was friendly and most helpful and didn’t make you feel awkward !!! Can’t wait to go back !!!

Stopped here on the way back to Texas based on the reviews on Unilocal.This did not disappoint. We had 2 hamburgers and some wings and they were some of the best we ever had. The owner was so friendly and even gave our daughter a free piece of cake.
I will def stop here again in the future.

Long day and wanted something quick and good so went to Bubba Macs based on the reviews.
Short story long, The food was wonderful and portions generous. Well beyond that, this was the FRIENDLIEST! place I’ve ever ordered at.
We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and the Deluxe Burger and Large Fries. The burger with the works was tasty but the Philly CS was to die for. Next time in, I’m ordering that one.
This place was also very clean, resulting in an excellent atmosphere, food, customer service experience. Don’t miss this place. My taste buds and lips are still smiling.

The food has been good on my previous visits. I can’t lie.
And I understand that sometimes quality takes a little longer. But during this visit the wait time went to a ridiculous level.
All we ordered was one footlong turkey sub to share.
No fries. No chips. No drink. No dessert.
I remember working at Subway in college and making 3 – 5 footlong subs at a time during the lunch rush, and doing so in under 5 minutes.
I should teach a class at Bubba Macs and show them my technique, because after 40 minutes of waiting – and watching people who came in AFTER us get served and leave – it was clear that it was time to get our money back and go…
But it wasn’t going to be that simple.
The lady (Cindy) and man (guess we’ll call him Bubba) behind the counter proceeded to ARGUE with us. We were told that we didn’t understand the fact that «food takes time», and that people «do this every time» they feel like they have to wait too long.
We were also told that all of the people who came in after us and left with food had phoned their orders in.
At that point we were forced to call BS because we had witnessed at least one gentleman for sure (possibly three) come in and make an order at the counter.
Regardless, we only ordered a sub sandwich. Bread, cheese, cold cuts and veggies. It shouldn’t have taken 40+ minutes. And arguing with the customer violates every principle of Customer Service 101.
**side note: it was finally revealed in the course of this exchange that they had forgotten to start on the sandwich in the first place**
My wife had heard enough and stormed out of the store while I waited for the refund.
It was then and only then that I was offered a coupon for a free meal (which I didn’t take) and an apology.
I try so hard to support small minority businesses. My father is one of those small minority business owners, so I will never stop.
But stuff like this removes this one from my list.
If the customer is unhappy, make them happy. Don’t argue with them.
A «sorry» and a prompt refund, or a «sorry» and a free sandwich would have diffused the situation and earned you a do-​over for next time.
Now we’ll never be back.

The food was fresh and scrumptious! The owners are very nice and accommodating. We order extra food to take back to Riverdale do we could tell others about it.

You are in for such a surprise. The outside is small and shabby but the inside is clean and comfortable.
I have been in search of the perfect cheese steak sandwich. The very best I have ever had is in Panama City, Florida but this is a very close second. It comes with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms with white cheese on fresh bread. I don’t eat green peppers. My husband had the hamburger which looked good. The fries were just so-​so but that perfect sandwich I will be back for. The two guys at the counter were very funny too. Dinner and a show.
