We are from out of town and stopped. Great food and service! Best Ocharleys that I have been to!

Went on a Sunday. Received the worst service ever. Ordered a to go order while we were ordering our meal. They brought it out with our meal and sat it on the table next to us. Then they needed that table so they moved it somewhere and lost it. When trying to cash out, we asked where they had put it and it became a whole «He put it there, she moved it somewhere, I don’t know where it is.» I asked for manager because nothing was being accomplished and we were ready to leave. Then the server came over and all confrontational asked why I wanted a manager, like she was ready to fight. They ended up having to remake it. In addition to all that, our food was mediocre, our drinks were never refilled, not even once, the server disappeared for 15 mins at a time that we actually had to ask other servers for things like SILVERWARE. I actually had to go up to the kitchen window twice to ask for things that were forgotten. It was horrible to say the least! Never will go there again.

The last time I ate here I had to wait almost 40 min for my food. It was good, but tonight my parents got screwed out of their money because of a misprint with the menus.
If there is a problem then they should’ve owned up to it. And not have the customer pay for it.
The amount isn’t the issue, its the principal.
They won’t be going back and norther will I.

Whoever posted the comment that this restaurant is clean was WRONG! Roaches EVERYWHERE… NEVER RETURN!

You can’t go wrong here. Great food and great service. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Ask for Mary if you are having a Birthday party. She should be on American Idol. She is also a great and caring waitress. The management here is fantastic. Always clean. Get ready for a wait to be seated. They are always busy.
