Joyce’s Touch of Class was established in 1970 by beautician Joyce Williamson to offer a convenient and affordable solution to women’s hairstyling needs. Today, it is owned by her daughter Dana, who has more than 30 years experience with this business, and has expanded to offer a variety of women’s clothing and accessories.
