The service is great! I went for all my hunting supplies this season. The staff is very professional and friendly, and they made sure all my questions were answered. I got everything I needed, and even had some extra items ordered. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Gander staff for an EXCELLENT experience!

I stood at the gun counter for 15 minutes with nary a sales associate in sight. Millions in inventory with no one to sell it? Good luck with that business model. I would suggest a field trip for the sales staff to Nordstrom, Publix, or hell Cracker Barrel to learn about customer service. For your firearm or other outdoor needs go to Southern Outdoor Sports on the Hartford highway. Great customer service.
