We rent out mobile home lots, single and double wide, we also rent out mobile homes. Homes are well maintained and modern. All rental units contain stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Contact Mary for prices and availability. Maintenance employees are friendly, knowledgable and fix problems quickly. Convenient location on the north side of Dothan, great school district and less than three miles from varied businesses. Very close to Wallace College, Troy State and Dothan Airport. Alabama Power supplies electricity, Dothan Utilities for water, sewage and garbage, Century Link for phone and Comcast Cable. Rental units are not allowed pets or Dish providers. Take a ride around the property, you will find a friendly, clean, quiet family community. We are a participating Neighborhood Crime Watch property. We have a pool and park area for residents to enjoy. Park area is home to frequent football, kickball and baseball games. Management lives on site.

History

Established in 1998.

We have grown over the years, once a small homeowner park is now home to a mixture of homeowners and rental units. Our community is one of the cleanest, quietest family mobile home parks in Dothan. We have always been considered a safe place to live and we have recently become a Neighborhood Watch Community area.

My name is Mary Barber, I am the property manager. I have been managing this community since February of 2011.
