Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from here, have been sick for two days now. Will never trust this place again. Wish I could give it less than 1 star.

Really wish I could give 0 stars for this one. Ordered there tonight for the first time, all three of the items we ordered were terrible. The turkey club is far from a club(basically two sandwiches placed on top of each other with weird chopped canned turkey meat inside). When we called to express our concerns the manager told us there’s nothing he would do and that’s just how they make their sandwiches. So since«sub par» is how they make their sandwiches and have little to no concerns with customer satisfaction, we will not be returning customers. I highly advise staying away from this place.

Yuk, inconsistent– can’t make an «Italian» sub, even with instructions, they don’t carry provolone cheese so the give you pizza cheese instead, I don’t like my subs in the oven so the cheese is falling out of the sub, I order it with only pickles onions and oil, it has no oil, and is covered with lettuce and tomatoes, along with a few pickles, and chopped white onion, all different sizes, some big hunks, other small bites– yuk! Will NEVER order from there again!

After the«new owners» came in, this place has gone down hill! The owner or guy who acts like the owner is pretty rude. Food is always wrong. Take the time and go a 1⁄3 mile And go to Blasis, or Windy City

ADDITION: NOTE #2: After posting my review, I did receive a call from the owner. I thought maybe there would be at least an apology. nope. The first thing he said to me(after confirming he was speaking to me) was«are you f***ing gay». Seriously. I would be angrier if it wasn’t so ridiculous. Brutal. Just brutal. Something always missing… no sour cream for quesadillas, late deliveries that they blame on GrubHub(multiple times). A quick phone call or apology when someone calls in would go a long way, but the owner is unwilling to do that. NOTE: The other people that answer the phone are lovely and very helpful and the delivery people are great as well and much appreciated… will not go back after giving them several chances.

Ordered bacon cheese fries and they came in a tiny box with no more than a handful of fries with a piece of bacon for the ridiculous price of 6 $. They also charge a $ 1 for any sauces like ranch or blue cheese, that wouldn’t be a big deal if the food wasn’t a joke.

Great customer service! The owner was very friendly and actually was trying to save me money. I would come back here if I am ever in the area again.

The first thing that stuck out to me was that the sauce looks and tastes like school cafeteria pizza sauce… just cheap, and kind of weird/fake tasting. Same with the crust, actually. It was kinda soft and chewy, but without any crunch anywhere. The crust was also sweet. I thought maybe I was crazy tasting that, but my boyfriend confirmed my suspicions. The cheese was also just obviously cheap mozzerella and blah. It didn’t melt together all the way, so you could still tell it was shredded. There also wasn’t enough on the pizza to start with. The pepperonis were just generic cheap kind. I feel bad saying it, but this pizza was just not good. Edible, yeah, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to order it ever again. HOWEVER, that all being said… we also got the buffalo tenders pictured above, and they were awesome. I will definitely be keeping Riddick’s in mind for when I get a wing craving! Buff tender score: a solid 7⁄10. Pizza Score: 3.5 /10

I went after 12pm on Sunday because your online hours said you opened at 12pm. I found the doors locked and no visible sign of anyone in the restaurant. I went to a competitor Puritan pizza where I found them open friendly, and made a good pizza.

My wife visits here often and likes the food and occasionally brings some home for me to try and it’s pretty good. We would have given them 4 stars until a recent snag where my wife ordered $ 10 worth of food and was charged $ 116. Now we can’t touch that money as it is locked in our bank until they(Riddick) remimburses the amount. It has been more than 48 hours and nothing so far. This should not happen.

Garden variety is the first thing that comes to mind. Only got food twice but didn’t have any problems with the employees. Pasta bowls are pretty good, just stay away from the Italian Sausage.

this place is under new ownership of something. cuz i usually don’t really write reviews but me and wife just moved to the area and we stopped by this place on Neponset ave, and we loved it the owner was such a nice guy its a family owned and operated business. The place was spotless for a pizza place(very clean) i had the jasmine pizza it was great, and my wife had a salad and she said it was fresh the grilled chicken was amazing, they seem to make homemade food. i would most likely come back to try more stuff they have a big menu and a lot of choice and the price and very good salad pizza and drink was under $ 20. and just to make comment on comment that this guy talking trash about this place saying that this people should sale slices that’s soo not true because if you think about it, the 3 biggest pizza place in america are domino’s, papa gino’s, and papa johns, non off this places sell slices so idk what that guy was talking. they do sell one persons pizza which is the small it only takes five mins to make. 10″ for $ 4.99 you cant beat that.

Had pizza before which was ok. Wife got a few meatball subs there. Sliced meatballs maybe a whole meatball in the sub… All sauce and bread… called the guy up and he said you can order«double meat» … Are you kidding me this guy is a clown one local business, we will never go to again. Go somewhere else!!!

this is without a doubt the NASTIEST pizza i have EVER had. its soggy, the sauce is disgusting, and if you get a salad the croutons are stale.

Place Stinks, dime a dozen sub shop. Went in during lunch because was working across the street and not a soul in there. Got a chef salad, didn’t have enough cash had to use card, they charge a dollar for that, salad had one tiny dressing so asked for another, charged fifty cents for that so a salad ends up being almost ten bucks. The problem with these places are that there really cheap, there struggling not making much money and they don’t know how to and charge for everything which rubs people the wrong way, like me today so I ended up feeling like giving a bad review and just like the other guy who said they never have slices and it’s because they don’t want to waste the money making a pizza when not enough people come in to grab a slice so they won’t even give that option even though it’s a pizza place. Your hard earned money deserves better.

They don’t sell slices. When they did they never had any. I’m not sure there’s much more to say. That’s like Dunkin Donuts saying you can only buy a Box ‘O Joe not a medium regular or a dozen donuts instead of one.

This is a great little take out place in Neponset circle. The restaurant has been renamed Riddick’s house of Pizza so don’t go driving around forever looking for Neponset Circle Pizza, they really are the same this. I think what stand out for me about this place are the owners. They are so nice and I have had some go conversations with them. My recommendation is the Turkish Delight pizza. There is none like it!
