Clearance to the right when you enter! Better than the downtown crossing one, probably because they don’t get as many people. As usual in south bay, try to go early. Even if it’s not as many as dtx, you want to go when things are still in the right spot.

This particular Marshall’s has the nicest shoes !!! Other than that it’s relatively small and messy store.

I love Marshalls for good deal … on clothes, toiletries and specialty food. You can always find designer label deals for up to 90 percent off the original price. The deal: to score the deepest discounts, make sure you hit up the clearance racks!

Beware unless you have the receipt even with a credit card your still getting a store credit. A diamond in the ruff– You know that feeling when you buy something and because you’re so excited to find something rare at such a great deal, you didn’t notice it was either torn or not your exact size because if you do shop at this or any other Marshall’s then you must know of their return policy. And if you’re not ready to make a financial investment in Marshall, then a gift card return wouldn’t be for you, and only get what you absolutely need and are will to exchange, not get money back for mistakenly getting the wrong size or damaged goods. Other than that this store is a great find, though things may not be in exact order, an you might have to look out for minor rip here or there but if you can sow or don’t think anyone would notice then shopping here without any remorse would pay off in the long run.

Very good selection of items at reasonable prices. No staff were to be found to assist on the floor. The store is also messy and scattered. There is a long wait to check out.

This is a pretty typical Marshalls. They have a decent shoe selection and it’s easy to find some deals. The staff handled a return without any issues. No complaints here.

My mom loves Marshall’s. I think it’s because she can go in looking for stuff for herself and then bring me random things she has found in that quest. Random things that are the wrong size and often ugly. While I think it can be great if you find some random stuff during your otherwise efficient shopping trip, I frown upon a shopping trip that is altogether random. And that’s what it’s like at Marshall’s. I have no idea what they’ll have in there — out of season stuff, swimming suits or winter coats. What they have is what they have and you will see it when you get there, mister! It’s a little too random for me. But if they have something you want… and it’s in your size. and it’s in the right section(so you find it in the first place)… then it will probably be a good deal.

They open at 9:30 — be there then if you want a clean store and tidy aisles. Also, go during school hours unless you want someone’s kid ramming a cart up your leg. This is a treasure hunter’s paradise. I’ve gotten some killer buys, but you have to be willing to sort through stuff, you have to know what things cost regularly, and you have to be willing to filter through a lot of «who in their right mind would be caught dead wearing THIS» items — seriously freaky stuff ends up in this store. All that said, I’ve gotten DKNY trousers for $ 12, Jones New York skirts for $ 10, designer bags for 75% off regular retail, shoes for a steal. You need patience to find the pearls. Do not go on the weekend if you can help it – do not go the two weeks before or after christmas or two days before mother’s day, father’s day or back to school.

Holy fucking shit, this is the scariest store in stupid South Bay Center. That means a lot, this beats out Super 88 and that is really saying something. Let me paint a picture for you: ‘My Latest Trip to Marshalls’. Boston Police officer, permanently stationed at the front door. Walk past a pile of undies on the way down the aisle to the cutlery rack. Wade through a sea of children, abandoned by their mommy’s who are lost in a frenzy of high heel and flip-flop ecstasy. Nautica and Fubu hell. Tacky grooming and novelty barbecue fathers day gift sets scattered about. A cold wind blows retail stickers, used tissues and Dunkin Donuts cups about. Seriously. And then you check out, and are greeted by either the(presumably) nice little Asian lady that doesn’t speak English or the mean as shit girl who will scan your shirt while she tells her girlfriend on her cellphone(Nextel, on speaker chirping away) about the very nice man who porked her last night. Classic.

It really depends on when you go. As a previous reviewer stated if you go during off peak hours it’s much easier to deal with. Occasionally you can find that really awesome buy, but it’s usually during the beginning of the week before it’s been picked clean and trashed by someones unattended rugrats. I was in there today some woman had a can taken out of her cart(I only knew this because she kept screaming about it) she was cursing up a storm too. She was around 40 and was with her mother who looked embarrassed that her daughter was cursing up a storm while another woman and her children were nearby. It took a lot not to laugh.

Go as often as you can afford… Always something here… shoes, beauty products, sweaters… lots of stuff for kids too. Just don’t bring them with you…

Sometimes, when I’m running errands in the South Bay Center(like the domestic goddess I am :-), I treat myself and pop on into Marshalls. Yes, its hit or miss, but like any other Marshalls out there, when you do find something that’s a deal, you don’t leave it on the rack. I also like this store because it is close to my home, which is handy in a pinch.

This Marshall’s is ok if you hit it during off-peak hours and before its customers trash it for the day. If you go during the weekend be prepared for loads of unattended kids, messy aisles and long lines. They also do not appear to carry as many high end designer pieces as some of the other stores.

A nice big Marshalls. Tons of stuff to shift through. I’m giving it 4 stars because at the time they had a HUGE selection of designer jeans(7 for all mankind, Blue Cult etc.) at really good prices, better then Filene’s Basement. Large selection of sheets too, in full sizes, much better then other Marshalls and TJ Maxx too.

This Marshalls is pretty big and has the best sales items of all. If you are a bargain hunter it is paradise!
