Business Owner
I was born in 1965, Kaiping, a small village in China. I’m the youngest son in a big family, six brothers and sisters. I remember when I was a little boy, my parents barely made enough money to feed us, we can only meet once a year, only on the first day of the year, because in the 70’s China is a very poor country. So I have a dream since than, when I grow up, I want to be a chef, I want to cook affordable delicious food in different ways to feed people. With 30 years of cooking experience, I’ve been to restaurant to restaurant trying to find the right place. I’ve come upon Hong Kong Chef and tried being a full time chef there and there was a chance for me to purchase the restaurant so I took those opportunity in order to provide our delicious Chinese food to many races in Boston.
