Established in 1995.

We are located in Codman Square Center, a few doors from Dorchester YMCA. We were established in 1995 and have been in business for 20 years. This marks our third location, and we’ve been here for 7 years. The business owner has over 40 years of experience and she LOVES what she does.

Since I was young I found great JOY in making other people feel good about themselves, in doing so it made me feel better about myself. We didn’t have the privilege of getting our hair done by others. Coming from a family of 5 girls I had a lot of practice and got better as I went on. I went to Cosmetology School at La Newton in Roxbury, MA in 1992; I trained under Charlene Hair Salon of Boston, MA, attended Dudley University in Kernersville, North Carolina. I have been in business for 20 years and counting, I owe this all to God first, and to my long time standing customers, their referrals and new clients who continue to patron my salon.
