Cecilia has been doing my hair for 2 years now and I can’t believe how much healthier it is since I first got here. My hair has grown and is even thicker now. Everyone’s always complimenting my hair! Everyone that works here is very nice and super accommodating! I always leave happy! 5 stars in my book!!!

I had a facial at this spa and it was the worst experience. The spa is very cluttered with products and stations and it’s like a maze to get around. There was a hair stylist drying hair in the walk way to the facial room. She barely acknowledged me when I said excuse me three times and the same thing happened on my way out of the room. The facial room was filthy to say the least. The sheets and blankets did not even appear to be clean. The women doing my facial left me in the room for 20 minutes while she put a mask on. No background music. I listened to people outside the room talking loudly, moving and dragging things across the floor, hair drying etc. The women doing my facial spoke NO english so she couldn’t communicate with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went to Xexi at Doral because I saw my daughter’s friend long layers and since I HAD a really long hair I decided to go there. My friends daughter did not know the name of the lady but told me that had different colorsin the hair, I got there and saw the lady but they put me with another one named Connie. I told them before anything (nicely of course) that I was picky about my hair and ask gem to please put me with someone that WOULD KNOW how to CUT LONG LAYERS and they said oh yeah, no prob! Well, I did it and I even let Connie to help me chose a hairstyle with layers in the front around the face And bands (never done bands before), I did tell her long layers pls! Since, I had to take my daughter to dance I could not have her blow dry my hair and I really thought I was going to come back, I talked to Connie and tipped her like nothing. What I SURPRISE!, when I got home at nine and decided to blow dry my hair by myself, ONE SIDE of the LAYERS was totally different from the other and the layers are super bad, I guess because she did not part the hair in sections or maybe because she did some with a razor others with sissors, IDK but I came the next day and they were all seating at the front desk including the owner CECILIA (the lady with two different colors) and Connie (who did my hair) and tols nicely but serious you left my hair on one side different that the other, Connie sat me down again of course nice and cut a lot of hair from the side that was longer but my hair STILL looks bad. Layers are NOT done properly :(. Before I left I asked gem at the front who was the owner and they told me it was Cecili, I said «pls tell her that i will write a bad review online» and they started jumping why? I said «she saw me and heard me when I came in, and did not even say anything to me or even CAME TO SEE ME, NOTHING!» and they are like well yes shevwas here but she was busy with the customer I said she was seating here like al of you and they continued arguing with me, even the customer that supposedly Cecilia was helping argued with me and Connie told me to go and talk to her. I said «NO! I can tell she is not interest in doing anything, because she not even once came to apologized or asked me what happened or even when I was next to hair work place at the counter arguing with all the other ladys. What kind of business woman is CECILIA that do not even apologized or try to calmed down an unhappy customer? What kind of hair stylist and professionals are in this place that YOU HAVE TO COME back the next day to fix the hair cut?. I do want ton say that CONNIE is a nice lady and when she saw me serious with her (after arguing a liitle about what she dit etc) she apologized to me but still that did not help that my layers are ugly and now I have to go to another hair salon to have a professional FIX my hair and probably woukd have to be even shorter than what it is :(.I hope this helps others)
