Business Owner

Lynn is a CPA with extensive experience in the financial services industry and in commercial banking. As the Controller of a $ 2 billion commercial bank she was responsible for SEC, board and regulatory reporting. She later joined a small bank Florida as the Chief Financial Officer. The bank was under regulatory supervision of the State of Florida; Lynn successfully restored credibility with the regulators in the accounting and reporting of the bank.

As Quantum Business Solutions’ accounting expert, Lynn has managed accounting departments, installed and implemented accounting and budgeting software, developed and enhanced financial reporting and accounting policies and procedures.
