The only reason this place gets two stars is because the kids seemed to have fun in the indoor playground. The staff lacks enthusiasm, not a smile, no eye contact with guests, really, no interest in making you feel welcomed. They just stood there, most of the time checking their cellphones. The food was terrible, terrible! Besides the fact that you had to beg for a slice of cheap pizza. Cheap hot dogs. Cheap utensils. The serving counter looked old, not very clean. The website pics are very deceiving. This place’s equipments have not been clean since they were first installed! Do not waste your money. Take your kids to a park and order Papa John’s pizza, it’ll taste better! The rest of your $$, put it in a college fund.

El domingo 2 de Diciembre 2013 fui a una fiesta en este lugar llamado MINO TOWN, cuando llego doy las buenas tardes a la Señora que estaba sentada en el escritorio y no me respondió. decido pasar y cuando estoy saludando alguien me toca con su mano a la altura de mi cadera para que me registrara en la planilla y le dije a señora… que como no había respondido a mi saludo asumo que no tenia que hacer registro.
Al rato de estar en la fiesta, mi hijo de 3 anitos esta jugando en el parque cerrado y de repente se arranca a llorar desesperadamente, cuando lo busco a ver donde estaba y que le había pasado, me encuentro con que mi hijo estaba atrapado en la parte que supuestamente debería estar cerrada que es debajo de los tubos. corro como loca y entro parque cuando busco para ver por donde pudo entrar mi hijo ahi… encuentro que la tela de protección estaba rota y la mujer de la entrada tuvo el sarcasmo de enojarse y decirme que era imposible que mi hijo trepara por ahí y llegara hasta zona que no es segura.
Esta Señora es aparte de mal educada, grosera y mal encarada.
NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR, SUS EMPLEADOS TIENEN CARA DE AMARGURA. TODOS!!! Y EL LUGAR NO ES LIMPIO, AL RODAR UNA SILLA PARA EL SHOW DE LA PAYASITA SALIO UNA CUCARACHA MUERTA.
On Sunday December 2, 2013 I went to a party at this place called MINI TOWN, when I come I give good afternoon to the lady sitting at the desk and did not answer me. I decide to go and when I am greeting someone touches me with his hand up to my hip for me to check into the return and told Mrs. … that as he had not answered my greeting I assume he did not have to do registration.
Soon to be at the party, my 3 anitos underway at the park closed and suddenly starts to mourn desperately when I look to see where he was and that had happened, I find that my son was caught in the part that is supposed to be closed that is under the tubes. run like crazy and entered the park when looking to see where my son could go there … I find that the protective fabric was torn and women entry was angry sarcasm and telling me it was impossible for my son clambered out there and came up area is not safe.
This lady is beyond rude, rude and evil faces .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, ITS EMPLOYEES HAVE FACE AMARGURA. ALL! THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN, A CHAIR TO ROLL FOR THE SHOW WENT Payasita A DEAD ROACH.

The owner of this place Natalia will lie and tell you anything to get you to leave a deposit. We were promised a pro photographer and by Natalia’s own words «we didn’t have to worry about anything».
Well, the photographer turned out to be one of the food servers, how deceptive is that? 95% of our 2 years old daughters pictures are blurred, out of focus and under exposed. We can not use any of them.
As we arrived and the party started we found many details were left with no leadership or initiation by the staff. They were too busy texting on their personal cell phones instead of helping our guests to utilize the amenities of the venue. As the time went by we asked were the food was and the staff pointed back in a back room somewhere. We said please start serving, then we noticed people being sent away from food counter without main course and we ask why. Our guests were being told that «authority» had not been given to pass out food? How embarrassing we were that our guests were being told they were not «allowed» to have something at our party. The entertainer was lack luster and we could tell she really didn’t want to be there.
Further on we found ourselves acting as employees of mini town picking up food plates and going around to guests ushering them to the various activities. There is zero leadership at mini town, so expect to do everything yourself and if you bring it to Natalia’s attention she will tell you you had the wrong expectations, even though she said we had to do nothing and that they would take care of everything.
On a good note, We went to another party venue for a friends kids party called «FANTASMIC”(I think), wow!!! Smaller place, but the staff is on target, They were going around making sure everyone had food and drinks, and that everyone knew where everything was. I chuckled when an older guy came by to pick up my used food plate to toss it out. I thought wow, this didn’t happen at my party. And my party was the most expensive place of any in Miami. By the way, Mini Town …$ 1800/​Fantasmic $ 1000(friday eve). Which would you rather ???

Mini Town is a great place to host a children’s birthday party. It has a big indoor playground and activities for kids of all ages, such as a climbing wall, toddler zone, video games, etc.
Parents also get to enjoy since pretty much everything is taken care of for you, from set up to clean up. I recommend this nice and colorful place to anyone who wants to celebrate their kid’s birthday indoors.

Hello new discovery zone meets chuckie cheese with out the nasty smell old pizza every where. Celebrated a two year olds bday here this past weekend and was plesantly surprised that all the invitees had the whole place to ourselves. This kid friendly transformed warehouse space, houses a jungle gym type slide thingy, three interactive stations including Wi, playstation and nintendo and air hockey. They also have their own service station for food. I really liked the un-​chunky cheeseness of it all. For the right price ($ 1500) you can get this whole space with balloons, entertainment, food, decorations and cake included. A little steep with the pricing, but it’s a great space to have any munchskins birthday party.
