Jumpin’ Jamboree

Crowd wise this place is great on weekdays when it is nearly empty, on the weekends it is so packed you will barely find a place to sit down. Bounce houses are great but their arcade games are a bit expensive! The staff is mediocre at best. The killer for me was that my child ended up with LICE when I took him there. The only other place he went to that week was daycare and no one at his school had lice. Totally lame! Oh and I know the point is that kids can run off and play but parents should check in on their kids more often. I saw kids trying to steal my son’s play card as well as kids bugging me to let them use my card (actual wtf) I am a parent so naturally I paid for this little kid to play one of the games only to have his bigger older brother come over and shove him aside. I will be better off taking him to a typical playground. I can’t really recommend this place to anyone else and not have a guilty conscience!!!

Good bounce houses, adults can hang comfortably, food D -, they started making their own pizza and it is expensive and horrible. You can not order out. They use to have Power Pizza which was great compared to the food now.

Took my son on a rainy Sunday (22 months) and he loved it. We didn’t have any issues with older kids coming into the toddler area or pushing him around, best believe I would have corrected that real quick! It wasn’t packed at all but we did leave once we saw the birthday party crowds come in. We did see employees tell those with shoes that they needed socks on to be in that certain area and telling older kids that they couldn’t be in the toddler area. The place is small and affordable (around $ 11 for two adults and my 22 month old son). Did not try the food but the pizza smelled really good. Also, don’t know what was up with some moms dressed like they were going to club Jumpin’ Jamboree. Will be checking out the Kendall location next!

Visited the location today with my 1 year old and I will never go back to this location. I usually take him to the Kendall location but since we were by doral we tried this one out today. Very big kids were in The toddler area playing rough and the staff members just stand around and not say anything. I had to tell 2 staff members «isn’t this a toddler area? Clearly half the kids here are not infant/​toddlers. My 1 year old was playing with a block and a big kid like maybe 8 came and took the block away from his little hands and pushed him. I went and took the block away and said do not push a baby. The parent was no where to be seen. Like the rest of the parents who just sit on the phone and not see what their kids are doing. Again, I proceeded to tell the staff member «THE BIG KIDS ARE IN THE INFANT/​TODDLER AREA «and he FINALLY went to tell them this was only for toddlers. There was a point where they were building blocks on top of a girl almost suffocating her and the staff member was just looking. The Kendall location is WAY BETTER. The staff members actually tell the bigger kids this is only a toddler area. I did not feel safe with my toddler in Doral. If I can give you a zero star, I would. IF MOSTLY EVERYONE IN Unilocal COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS SAME TOPIC (from what I see mostly everyone complains about the toddler area) WHY DOESNT MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THIS ?! Because they simply do not care since it is not their kids.

I am giving this establishment 2 stars instead of one because the facility is very nice and clean. Now, as far as having a party for your child there, not so much. Where do I begin? To start the price of the party does not include and adult food, only the food for the amount of children, which is fine, so before my sons’s party I asked for an itemized bill so I knew what the total would be for the party once I got there. So the day of my party I arrive about 40 minutes early to have my son’s cake delivered. I meet with my party «host» and she tells me a timeline of events, she says she will bring my sodas at the beginning of the party (6:30 pm), then at 7:15 she will serve food, 8:00 sing happy birthday and 8:30 it’s over. This is what she tells me, so this is what I expected. When I get to his party hall, his cake isn’t there. His cake was put in another party room. Great… At 6:30 my guests arrive but there is absolutely nothing to drink… At 7:00 pm I looked for the manager to politely ask for the soft drinks. She comes with two tiny pitchers for a boatload of guests. 7:15 comes around and she tells me to gather up my guests bc they are serving food. At 8:00 she again asks me to gather my guests so we can sing happy birthday and asks me if I want them to bring out a mascot for my son to sing happy birthday. Well, yes, I did, bc that is what I paid for. Well, she brings out a girl mascot. I wasn’t about to make a huge fuss but my mother took care of that for me, she asked for a boy mascot and told the manager that it wasn’t right that and about all the other mishaps. The party host looked confused and overwhelmed. I told her it was fine, not to worry. And I just sucked it up and kept the girl mascot. When it was time to cut the cake, the party host didn’t know how to cut a cake AT ALL! After butchering my cake I decided to take over and cut my own cake bc the cake cost 200 dollars. Then came the bill, it was more than I expected bc they charged me extra for the one year olds that attended my party (even though they can’t even use most of the facility if anything at all). Fine, I had no problem paying the extra charge. But then at the bottom it had suggested gratuity. I had every intention of leaving the party host a tip, but not for the amounts suggested. $ 92.00 is what they expected. The minimum was $ 60.00. Now when I booked the party and when I called to reserve and when I asked if the party price included all fees, no one ever told me about gratuity. Why? Bc it’s «suggested» which means you DONT have to tip. In other places like chuckEcheese this fee is included in the price you pay for the party… But being that I am in the service industry I would never not tip. But I do tip accordingly, so I gave her the minimum. 60 dollars, to leave my guests dying of thirst, to butcher my cake, and to give my little boy a girly mascot. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it weren’t for the fact that the girl tried repeatedly to give my tip back as if it weren’t enough and after I paid the manager even had the audacity to come up to me and ask me what was wrong with the party. He knew what, my mother spoke with him. Then he stood there staring at all of us with dirty looks, waiting for us to get out. If I did this at my job or my manager did that to our clientele we would be out a tip and out a job. I will never ever go back here. That girl should be grateful to make a 60 dollar tip for two hours which was the suggested minimum anyways. All she did was bring pitchers of soda serve sliced pizza and sing happy birthday. And I could have been a very mean and upset customer and caused a scene but instead I tried to be understanding and nice. Very unhappy with the way things went, but my son had a good time so that’s all that matters.

I had my son’s birthday party here. My son was all about it and had a great time. The day was about my son but I didn’t really enjoy it so much. Two hours in the party room seemed really rushed and I didn’t get to really enjoy the party. As a place for kids it is a great place and for parties it is good but the time wasn’t enough. I did however like that I didn’t have to decorate or clean up, and the decorating was super cute. I took a star away because they need to plan and change up the duration of the parties a little better to accommodate the guests and parents.

I came here for my nephews birthday party with my 8 month old daughter. Overall the place is clean but I wouldn’t award more than 3 stars across the board for everything from food to general ambiance. The space reserved for my nephew was decorated nicely but I feel like the amount of money paid for compared to the amount of time spent there was not up to par. Yes they take care of everything but to me it just seemed like they want to cram as many parties in one day as they can. The pizza was just blah. It’s super packed and kind of chaotic. I wouldn’t plan any future birthday parties for my daughter here. We did try to play with her but there are older kids who understandably are all excited and are not very careful. We had a good time but it only lasted two hours, I was bummed bc I wanted my nephew to spend more time playing and enjoying his party. I think you could throw a decent park party, assuming the weather is nice, and rent a bounce house, cater the food and decorate simply and have a better time, but that’s just me. Book at your own risk.

I enjoy coming on weekday, always empty. Very fun for kids and there is a smaller area for toddlers.

I have attended on weekend for birthday party and this place gets way too packed for my taste. Screaming children all over.
I give it 3 starts because the price is a bit steep ($ 10 on weekday per kid). For as empty as it is, they should run some deals to get people intreated. I would come a lot
More if there was some sort of «package» food/​play type thing. On weekend I believe the price is hire and WAYYYYY too hectic.
The food available is… Meh… They order the pizza in… I think dominoes or one of those chains. Selection is limited. I prefer to go in between meals and eat elsewhere after.

This is a great place for kids, very clean, and most importantly it makes them very tired.

Jump jump jump on a rainy day or a too hot day. Welcome to Doral the warehouse district. 15 bouncehouses and hundreds offer kids under age 10. I appreciate that the purple shirted staff keep an eye on the kids and dont allow roughhousing. its not the cleanest place since some families dont bus their tables but rather expect the staff to throw out their pizza boxes and dirty napkins. Always a bottleneck at the entrance, perhaps they need to separate the cashiers from the swinging door egress. These are mere details compared to the fun of jumping for hours. Bring socks and if you like healthy food eat beforehand.

My son loves playing here on weekends. I love the fact that it is affordable indoor entertainment/​exercise. I had his 4^th birthday party here last weekend and it was amazing! They did a great job with the setup, the food, and the service. The adults had plenty of space to mingle while the kids had a great time. I highly recommend this place!

Great place for parties or just hanging around with friends. Kids truly have a blast here. A couple of gigantic bounce houses/​slides and an arcade room. Birthday parties are simple (pizza/​soda type of thing) but the kids enjoy it and that’s what it’s all about. Adults are free and kids pay about $ 10. Group rate during the week is $ 7 for groups of at least 10. I do wish price on entrance and food in general were a little less expensive.

Seems like it could be a blast for older kids, although the general vibe of this place is a bit too hectic for my taste. Parents of toddlers — beware of taking your little ones here! Rambunctious 7 – 12 year olds will openly terrorize the «toddler» section (which is supposedly only for toddlers age 3 and younger) while the teenage staffers idly stand by and pick up balls from the ballpit. I wish the management was more involved, but it seems like they are too busy keeping up with the birthday parties to properly train or supervise the facilities. Such a shame.

We’ve brought our kids here many times before. Definitely need to supervise your child as the staff is young and inexperienced in supervision.
They made us pay full admission for my 1 year old, who is barely walking, and come to find out they removed the baby floor play area. They said then only play area they have for small babies now is a corner bounce house. Mind you, older children were also in this bounce house. Big safety issue as one of them nearly fell on my son!
Not impressed with JJ anymore. Too crowded, not well supervised and they so not have activities for all ages like they once had.

Love this place! Celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here and it was really worth it! Kids from all ages had fun and I liked how clean and organized they were. They customized the decorations for a little extra to my ladybug theme and not like other places that literally push you out in the end, they took all pizza to the middle and accommodated the remaining party there.

5 stars, yes, really. We went to a party there this afternoon. Within minutes of arrival, my almost 3 year old son got hurt. We figure his mouth hit someone’s head. It resulted in a crazy amount of blood, a hysterical toddler, and much concern by the staff. Almost immediately someone was by my side offering napkins, sugar, water, etc. Once my son was calmer, the owner, Leo, introduced himself and offered his assistance. He was a total class act. Leo brought my son an ice pop, a shirt to change into (his was covered in blood), and toys to distract him. He personally made sure that we had everything we needed and was very attentive. I recognize that as a business owner it’s in his best interest to make sure his customers are ok, but Leo treated us with legit concern. He asked for my number and followed up to check on my son. Leo and his staff were great tonight and for that reason alone, I will always be a customer.
For the record, my daughter stayed at the party with my sister and they all reported that they had a great time and that the pizza was delicious.

Ok. First things first. It’s a bounce house place. My best guess is that the best time to go is during the week. When everyone is at work or school. We had a groupon that was near expiring and we decided to go on a Saturday. Bad. Idea. But, whatever. We took deep breaths, moved on past the birthday parties and maximum capacity crowd and let the kids do their bouncing.
This place is TINY (in comparison to their competitors). It felt like half a room was missing. So it made the crowded mess more confusing and just overall frustrating. Add to that the poor employee presence (or maybe they were just outnumbered). Funny, we go to other bounce house places and sometimes I feel like it’s too much. Like our every move is being watched. Well coming here made me appreciate that even more. Kids were weaving in and out of crowded bounce houses with nearly no supervision. At one point I lost my son in some multiple slide contraption, only to discover there were tunnels or perhaps areas that aren’t meant to be played in way in the back. I was nervous and on edge the whole time I was there.
Overall the employees we did encounter were pleasant, despite the massive, unorganized crowded mess. I even watched as 2 of them dissolved an ugly verbal argument between 2 grown adults (SMH). I was a little annoyed when they (temporarily) confiscated the snacks I brought in my bag for my picky eater son. It’s not like I was bringing in a pizza. It was a bag of chips and some saltines. I had no intentions of paying for their overpriced snacks regardless. An hour later we were done (even the kids were begging to leave).
If we ever go back it will be with a groupon and on any other day besides Saturday (perhaps a random summer day). Otherwise, no thanks.

We celebrated both our daughters birthdays here last week. They had a blast as well as all the kids that attended. We loved the fact that all we needed to do was get ourselves dressed and show up. Our party room was decorated and ready and our party coordinator was in charge of serving the pizza, the cake, etc. so we could just relax and focus on enjoying our children. I even got in a few bounce houses with my two year old daughter to play. I highly recommend celebrating your child’s bday here. Everyone leaves happy.

My friend celebrated her son’s birthday party here and it was fun. She bought a package I think for the amount of children and their parents that were attending. The characters could have been more playful and less creepy, but the play area was a blast. I wiish they would let adults inside the bounce house. I have a small baby and there was an area for her to play. They will stamp a number on your arm and then stamp the same number on your child so when you exit they will check the numbers match and you dont take a child that does not belong to you. Lol I like it, but my baby’s number erased.
