the worst, i when on line and saw a nice Mercedes Benz for a good price, call made the appointment for a test drive after driving for 30 minutes from North Miami, the car was not there, they say the owner girlfriend was driving for few days, the manager apologized sorry sorry we will be sure this never happen again. few days later i saw the same car and call again to see if ave liable customer service manager Lucas Granados said the car it right here in from of me, drove again from North Miami when got to the dealer the same stupid excused the owner girlfriend it driving the car, they are very unprofessional and disrespectful, they used this as a bait, do not recommend this dealer and their staff.

Came here today ready to buy a car they have had sitting in their lot for 6+ months. For all those who do not know– sticker price is the price on the car and they will not reduce a dollar off that price. Also, all cars are sold as is. I already knew this but figured they would give me a fair price for my trade in and I would walk out with my new car.
What I was not prepared for was how they low balled me on my trade in which was in excellent garage kept condition. What really aggravated me was how clueless they were about my car. Whenever they did not know how to work something in my car they would say it was broken. A while back I accidentally pressed a button and it changed my miles to kilometers on the dash and I was too lazy to research how to change it back. Guy says that my steering wheel has to be taken apart and taken to a Mercedes dealer to fix which costs lots of money. I laughed out loud at that one. Next, they say that my AC is broken. Turns out they pressed a button and turned off the cool air. He then said they had to «research» my cars worth which consisted of the guy using google on his phone. What a joke.
I got the feeling that b/​c I am a women they thought I was clueless about my car and what it’s worth. I did extensive research on my car and knew a fair price was 15k. They offered me 11k for my car which is insulting and then said it was b/​c of the kilometer setting on my dash and how expensive that would be to fix. When I balked at this they then said that they wouldn’t be able to sell it for much more than 11k. Another lie as I quickly pulled up comparable cars all priced at 25k+. The finance guy then says well I can come up a few hundred dollars but we are so far apart I don’t think this will work. I made a beeline for the door and they lost a sale due to their unscrupulous business practices. They really could care less when we left so I guess the car will continue sitting on their lot collecting dust.
While I don’t expect a dealership that carries a wide variety of cars to be experts on all cars I do expect them to admit when they don’t know something instead of throwing out baseless accusations that things are broken and then use these lies to justify their ridiculous trade in values.
For the record, they pissed me off enough to motivate me to get out my owners manual when I got home. I reset my setting and it changed from kilometers to miles which took me a total of 5 minutes to figure out.
Avoid this place if you expect to be treated as a valued customer and are looking for a fair price on your trade in.

The great attention (BRANDON RICALO) was amazing. He know exactcly what i want and try show me all the defferents car and many ways to get a nice one. I recommend him 150%. He is the one u need to select ur new vehicle. Go for it …

Four stars. The salesman was awesome, he really hooked it up. He knew what I was looking for, and knew what he could do for me, and he did it. It was pretty easy to be honest. It did take me three days to get the right car, but it’s because there were a few hiccups. Otherwise it would have been a five star review. The first day I went, the contact agent didn’t make sure the car was physically present, so i didn’t get to see it. The next day, Sergio, the salesman, really hooked it up. He personally made sure the car was there and arranged a test drive and answered all my questions. I would have walked away with a new car that day had it not been for the manager. They were a little rude, came in last minute, after not being involved in the sale up until that point, and tried to put some twist on the whole thing. I wasn’t having it so I told the manager so, and left. The last day I worked with Sergio again, because he was awesome, and left with the car I wanted for the cost I wanted.
If you are thinking about getting a car here, ask for Sergio, or Alvaro. And don’t listen to any stories the managers have to sling.

Be warned. This place is horrible. When a place tries to sell every manufacturer they clearly don’t know their product line. Several questions asked about the Mercedes I was looking at and not one but all the salesmen don’t know what they are selling. The process was so painful and so unprofessional you start to wonder how they are in business.
The car had extreme tire pressure setting with of course one that was low. Of course you’re going to have a low tire but when the back tires are set at 42???
Of course they were not adjusted when I left the dealership.. I had to go to gas station a block away.
And of course once I signed the paperwork. my salesman was gone helping another customer, It was beyond anything I have ever experienced.
You should see how they keep the keys to the entire lot of cars… wow very sad.

Customer service was OK, as long as you are BUYING. Watch out for the fake 200 year warranty they talk you into, also the extended warranty they sell you is BS as well (they won’t reimburse you for anything even if it’s clearly stated and you won’t be able to cancel it since you gotta cancel it through the dealer, hence my first sentence in review). The carfax they show you is fake, I found out I was the THIRD OWNER of a vehicle that only had 30k miles on it. Sketchy and full of shit this dealership is.

Great experience! I called Friday morning because I saw Volkswagen Jetta SE on their website for a great price and I was in desperate need for a new car. The salesman, Frank, answered the phone and was super helpful. I was able to do all of the financing and pre-​qualifications with Udama before I got there at around 7:30pm. When I arrived Frank had already brought out the car and I was able to drive it as soon as I arrived. He was super informative and helpful since this was my first time actually buying a car under my name. Everyone is very nice here and helpful without being overbearing, which is a plus for a car dealership. Frank is the hands down best car salesman! If you need a car go see him!

I’m giving this place a 1 even though it maybe deserves a 2, but I want to make sure to bring down their average after reading that they pay customers for 5 star reviews.
The ONLY good thing about this place, is that they have great listed prices for decent cars — that’s their whole plan for getting you in the door. If you keep that in mind, and ONLY buy the car from them, then you’ll probably actually get a good deal. Make sure you use a payment calculator (google one) to know how much your payment should be when you see the price of the car.
This leads me to the rest of my experience: this is the shadiest most slimy used car dealer I’ve ever seen. Be aware that they don’t allow any outside financing, so they are making money off of the interest rate they offer you, and all the warrantees and insurances they try to sneak into your deal without you noticing.
They stared by showing me a totally FAKE estimate of my payment. I say fake because they were trying to tell me that the payment on a 6 year loan for 10K financed at 7% interest was $ 350 a month (it should be about $ 240). Then they showed me another option and said my interest rate would drop to 6% if I got an extended warrantee, gap insurance, basically another %6K financed, and my payment would be $ 10 less a month. And I’m sure a lot of people fall for it and they make tons of commission on those extras because who WOULDN’T sign up for $ 10 less a month?
Thankfully, I’d done the math ahead of time and knew what kind of payment to look out for. The interest was still a little high for me, but since the price of the car was great, I went with it. Within 2 weeks the bank had decided to reduce my interest by 3% on their own, but if that doesn’t happen you can always refinance after 90 days with another bank for a lower interest rate.

I was having engine issues while on vacation and I was recommended this place to help me understand what my van might need.
Everything went amazing they did a few tests and didn’t find anything that needed done that couldn’t wait till I got home. I felt they did such a great job I also got a oil change and was able to drive back to Ga with no problem.
I highly recommend them for services since Robert and everyone else were so nice.

My daughter wanted to buy her first car so I was searching thru different venues and saw some good reviews here for HGreg dealership. When we got theee4 the sales people where very friendly and helpful. She told then her budget and what she was looking for and they where very helpful and understanding of her concerns and questions, never where annoyed by the 109 questions. Lol. Needless to say she walked out ecstatic with a her new car. Thanks for all your a help and patience, will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

For starters, I had never heard of Hgreg. When my cousin told me she wanted to go window shopping, I assumed it was the appliance/​electronic store lol. So I tagged along. When we pulled up to the place, I noticed it said Hgreg with one «H» and it was a car sales lot. I def learned something new lol. Well because I had never heard of this place, I assumed it wouldn’t be great amongst the «popular» car sales places around.
But I was wrong.
We were greeted with smiles and a guarantee that he would do whatever it took to get my cousin what she wanted. I think the car salesman’s name was Javier. Alissa briefed him on what she was looking for, her budget, and other minor specifics (she’s very annoyingly picky) lol but I guess if you’re spending your hard earned money, its ok. Anyway, after finally narrowing it down to 3 choices, we test drove 2, and she absolutely loved the 2012 Chevy Cruze. Small, awesome price, gas efficient, and super clean.
The staff was polite and not overbearing and thru small talk, I found out they dont make commission. Which means Javier’s efforts were truly genuine. Alissa got the car and was ecstatic. I’d refer a friend for sure!!!

I found the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price. I was very skeptical about going because I thought it was too good to be true. I expected hidden fees and added prices but to my surprise, there was absolutely none of that. Everyone was really nice and I got a really good interest rate for my loan (which wasn’t really an issue due to my good credit). Long story short, I had a good experience and I’m very happy with my purchase.

My brother was actually in search of a car, and his best friend highly recommended this place. So he asked me to tag along, and all I can say was from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted kindly and helped right away. And I can honestly say the sales people were actually trying to help us and cater to our needs rather than just making a sale, and you know how important that is to not feel the pressure of a sales person looking to make a check when in the process of making a big decision. Anyway we test drove a couple cars until finally making an offer the next day on the Dodge Charger. My brother couldn’t be happier, he got a great deal on it and he’s obsessed with his new car. So for my next car purchase I’m thinking of coming here and I’ve recommended all my friends in search for a good deal on their next car to go to h Greg in Doral as well!

I had a wonderful experience at
. I’ve been looking for a newer car after being told that I would need to pay thousands in repairs on my old car. I was interested in a small sized sedan and test-​drove the 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I was already convinced that it was my car and didn’t even want to look at any other options.
Hyundai boasts the best warrantee in the business (even my sales guy Salomon I was test driving with said so) and both Ford and Hyundai scored ⁵⁄₅ on crash test (compared to ⁴⁄₅ with Corolla and Civic).
Anyway, back to my experience! I was immediately greeted by Salomon and whisked off to test drive. The Sonata is spacious, smooth and pretty. I worked with two agents, Salmon the sales guy and Chris the finance guy. Chris really blew it out of the park, though. He gave me an excellent deal and was incredibly attentive and professional.
The only criticism is that they didn’t have the car in the color I wanted, but overall this is small potatoes to the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend

I had an «okay» experience at HGreg when I purchased my car last month. Let me enlighten you to the «facts» before you go out to HGreg to purchase a vehicle. First off, they purchase most of their vehicles through auction (lease returns from dealers, repos from banks, and rental vehicles from places like Enterprise). If you do not have experience buying in auctions let me educate you. Usually bidders have a limited amount of time to bid on vehicles and the vehicle inspections auctioneers allow potential buyers are very limited (mostly visual, in most cases they don’t allow bidders to drive around the vehicles). It’s very much a crap shoot.
You’re probably asking yourself, so what’s your point? Well… HGreg claims to perform a 140 point inspection (or whatever number). Make no mistake about it, this inspection occurs after they own it. So if they perform the 140 point inspection and it fails… It’s still going on the lot. You cannot return an auctioned vehicle as all purchases are «as is». So make sure you bring someone who knows cars, as it really is a crap shoot. Put simply, there will be some great cared for vehicles on the lot, and some not so much. So don’t be fooled by their 140 point inspection claim. They pretty much know as much about the vehicles as you do.
HGreg does advertise low pricing on their vehicles. Just make sure you add $ 900 dealer fee to any advertised price. So if they advertise $ 16,000, they really mean $ 16,900. Important that you know this going in to avoid surprises. As far as my vehicle purchase was concerned, even with the $ 900 additional dealer fee tacked on to the advertised price I still paid a lower price than I would have at other dealers, about $ 1,500 less.
My salesman (Eddie) was great. He wasn’t pushy and was very personable. I felt comfortable dealing with him.
In regards to the financing, they do not allow any outside financing. At least that’s what they told me. I was qualified for 2.9% by an outside bank, but 3.5% was as low as HGreg would go on my deal. So they’re going to make some money on you here also (loan back end points for those who know finance). My advise is make sure you know what you qualify first by an outside bank before going in so you have an idea how much they’re making on you. Don’t put yourself in a position where they provide you a rate and you have no idea how much commission they will make on you. They can hit your pocketbook pretty hard here, and you’ll feel it for years! For the term in the loan.
Be prepared to be sold all types of services to be tacked into your loan at the time of processing finance (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc.). I rejected everything and it was obvious the finance manager was bothered because there was no additional commission to be made on my deal.
As for the car I purchased, so far it’s been great. I drive it around a lot and have had no problems. I did take it to have an oil change and found out it needed breaks. I guess the «140 point inspection» didn’t catch the fact that the car needed front brakes.
I gave HGreg an overall rating of 3-​stars. I would have given it 4-​stars if they would have just advertised the price including the $ 900 dealer fee and just do away with the dealer fee. This is just an old dealer trick to advertise a really low price to get buyers in the door. Just advertise the true price and do away with the tricks. And if they would have given me a bit if a lower interest rate it would have helped their rating. They take advantage of the fact that they don’t accept outside financing.
If you plan on buying a vehicle from HGreg make sure you bring someone who knows cars. Go in with the mindset that there ARE cars on the lot that need work. At the same time you can end up with a car that was really cared for at a great lower price than other dealers. I did also receive a couple of text messages from HGreg offering «$ 100 for a Unilocal review that sticks.» Which I assume means a positive review. So it makes you wonder about some of these 5-​star reviews you see. Makes you think.

It was the most hassle-​free painless experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was kind courteous and straightforward with what they could do for me. I will definitely use them again in the future, it was well worth the drive from Tampa.
