Created in Europe during the Middle Ages, crepes are enjoyed by millions over the world. Perfectly browned and beautifully designed the crêpe, French word for pancake, is a wrapper with delightful yet subtle flavor, making the perfect compliment for about any kind of filling. It combines perfectly with savory ingredients such as cheese, chicken and spinach, and is also great in sweet creations of fresh fruits, ice cream, chocolate and caramel. Crepes can be enjoyed as delicious meal entrées, or as delightful desserts and snack.
