Showed up early the three times they came to pick us up! The only downside would be the driver only spoke Spanish, but it’s Miami. The company used to charter them was awful with communication (USA Bus Charter), but the actual bus service was phenomenal.

Used them to shuttle wedding guests from hotel to the venue and back near Miami/​Homestead in September. Much more fun than a coach bus at half the price. Drivers Clara and Carlos were exceptionally great: prompt, welcoming, were spot on with our instructions, very patient and lenient with liquored up guests, played great music. Would highly recommend!
