I came here for a rear view camera. When I googled the make and model of the camera notice this place charged me about 400% more than everywhere else. When I brought it to the owners attention he told me it’s because he has to pay for an expensive storefront. I literally feel financially raped… I have a suspension that I never even needed a new camera but instead had a wire issue like one of my friends. I don’t know why I did business with this place.

My wife went to mobile concepts to get some work done to our Range Rover HSE. When she told the owner she was unhappy with the work and service and was leaving a negative Unilocal review he asked her if she could please not leave a bad Unilocal review. When she refused and said she was leaving a one star review he became hostile and used two profane words while speaking to her. He said that since she is going to bash his business he was going to bash hers (he has never used her services so that speaks to his integrity). She asked him to please calm down and not speak to her that way. The owner offered her a $ 50 coupon if she would not leave the review. Needless to say she refused the coupon because she felt uncomfortable returning to the store.

Bad service… you are told one thing over the phone get there nothing but lies and excuses. The owner backs the lying employees and his disposition is terrible. They make promises and do terrible sloppy work! Drive pass this place.
