The worst taxi service there is. I double checked the previous night to make sure that the driver would come on time for the MOST important test of high school, and he guaranteed that he would be there on time. Terribly, he ended up not showing up and not even answering the phone at all.
The most ridiculous thing is that this isn’t the only time. This IS THE SECOND TIME that he has done this.
