Horrible service. They rarely showed up. I was there once when they showed up, and I saw a leak, and their employee said, oh ya, that’s been leaking for a while. Just what you want to hear when we’re in a drought and water costs are high.
They didn’t do anything to our pool for chemicals and I lifted my pool cover to find an algae bloom that was so bad, it took me weeks to drain my pool partially and then have to clean it up. I don’t understand how they could just keep charging me. I don’t think the owners check the work their employees do.

I have been with Sunshine Pools for two years now. It has been such a relief to find a pool company that provides full service that I can count on. The owners and techs are always prompt to answer questions and take care of problems. Along with chemical and cleaning services, I have been very pleased with any repair work they have done. I’ve used Sunshine Pools for five years and they have always given great service and results. The pool always looks great and is the envy of our neighbors. They are very responsive to any issues that might crop up and have even come at weekends when called at short notice. Their invoices are always on time and invariably accurate. Their rates are very reasonable and well worth the comfort of knowing your pool will be well looked after and maintained in impeccable condition.
