The worse service and cell service ever! drop calls all the time and on the smart phones you cant text and take photos at the same time, for all that matters you cant do two things at a time on the service or phones at all! they will not pay off your bill and everymonth your bill contiues to get bigger! explain that! on the phone with them today over 2 hours ! sprint is a TIME SUCK with terrible service.

This is the store to go to, and I say this after going through two days of pain between Sprint and Apple and being on the verge of switching to T-​Mobile.
In short we were going through a series of issues for two days with my current phone and getting a new phone. After working with customer service and with the store in Davis, we just had more problems. But Matt, the sprint consultant at the store in Dixon, was our savior. He literally took care of us in seconds, fixed two days of issues we were having in 10 minutes with a quick and easy solution he thought of to fix our problems when customer service/​other sprint stores had us running in circles. He was professional, understanding and kind. I can’t say enough how great this guy was, I would happily go out of my way to go to this store again.

I went to this sprint store to upgrade an existing phone line. I decided not to spend my money there. I was quoted a different price in this sprint store for an upgrade/​buyback vs my online sprint account. I called sprint customer service and they advised me that this particular store is a 3rd party store. If I wanted the exact online pricing I was to visit a sprint corporate store. I went to the sprint corporate store.
Interaction was ok, could be a bit more professional towards customers.
