Specialties

Millennium Child Development Center (two locations located in Vacaville & Dixon, California) offers high quality programs targeted to the specific developmental needs of infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Millennium also offers a School-​Age program. The hours of operation are 7.00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. All programs use emergent curriculum methods to explore Language Studies, Art, Science, Music, Social Studies, and fine and gross motor tasks.

History

Established in 2013.

We have a very successful child Development Center in Vacaville that has been operating for 7 years. We just opened this center in Dixon in August 2013.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Millennium CDC. I am filled with gratitude for Vicky and her staff, they are AMAZING! My daughter’s development has progressed more than I could ever imagine– she has grown leaps and bounds since starting there at 10 months; she is now 19 months old and I owe so much to MCDC for her progress. Words just can’t describe how reassuring it is to know that your child is learning, exploring, and playing joyfully everyday! Thank you Millennium, If I could give you a MILLION stars, I would! Thank you!!!

I have been extremely happy with the child care at Millenium in Dixon. It’s a very large, nice and clean facility. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. My daughter has been in the infant room for the past 5 months and she loves it. She always has a smile on her face when I get her out of the car in the morning because although she is only 11 months old, she knows she is in for a day of playing, singing, reading, and one of her favorites: painting. For anyone looking for a top notch child care center, this is it.

Our son attended Millennium CDC on a drop in basis in Vacaville. We just enrolled him in the Dixon location five days a week. His teacher, Omayra, is great! She has him participating in crafts and circle time — things he wasn’t interested in previously. She noticed what he likes (squeezing liquids) and tailored the craft to him — squeeze painting — the next day. The facility was recently updated and there is a HUGE area to play. The 3 year old curriculum is comparable to other high quality preschools — they are working on pre-​reading, name recognition, calendar/​days of the week, etc.
