Dixon Pizza

I tried to order pizzas on two different occasions. First time approx. one month ago I attempted to order a pizza for delivery and was told by the manager no delivery driver was available.
Today I attempted again to order a pizza for pick-​up and the owner/​manager told me his employee called in sick, and he did not know how to make pizzas. Terrible service.

I called to order pizza for delivery, my credit card number was given and I was not given my total. I called back to get my total and I was told I would get a call back with the total after my card was charged. I ended up canceling my order. Who charges cards before the customer knows what they are paying for? Will never be trying their food!

I tried this place about a month ago. I saw the flyer on the house door and thought I’d give it a try. They had great deals plus it was free delivery. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks. The person on the other line was very nice but when I gave him my address, he had no idea how to get there and even asked me for directions. I thought well maybe it is because they’re fairly new. The pizza was delivered by a man wearing a dirty apron n made me think he was cook. I was starving and wanted to enjoy a nice hot pizza. Instead, I got a semi warm pizza which wasn’t good at all. I looked at the bread sticks and it looked like a flatbread with Idk what spices on them. They were long and flimsy. long story short, the people were very nice and sweet but the food did not look good or taste good. I understand they were just starting but don’t ask for directions, map quest it or something. will not be going there. That’s what I get for being a cheapo. Next time I’m being a cheap-​o on pizza ill just go to Little Caesars…

Dixon Pizza is fairly new to Dixon. The pizza is very good and very, very cheap. With a 20 percent off coupon I just paid $ 16.50 for an x-​large combination-​type. No delivery charge. Previously with a group of six adult and one child, ordered the family size and only finished half of it. Everything is fresh. The workers are great too. I do recommend this place.

Wow. I was really blown away by the quality of the food here. Love the sauce! It is a bit spicy but very flavorful.
Ordered the combination calzone and a meatball parmigiana 12“sandwich (see pictures added to Dixon Pizza). Both were well presented. The calzone comes with extra sauce and was perfectly browned. The sandwich was toasty and gooey. Meatballs are made onsite and you could tell the difference.
4.5 stars with a good chance of going to five stars. We will return to Dixon Pizza and will try the actual pizza.
They have pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, fried chicken and BBQ. Pasta and sandwich prices are very reasonable. Pizza combo/​specials are in line with other pizza places in the area not counting the take a bake options.

Its really good pizza but it is on the expensive side. We have gone twice. We ordered the Dixon Deluxe large pizza and the large Hawaiian Pizza. Both were really delicious. The ingredients tasted really fresh. I was told that they were going to add burgers to the menu, but as of right now they have Calzones, chicken & Ribs, pastas, salads, appetizers, warm sandwiches, desserts. NO BEER.
