Chicken fried steak dinner. Phenomenal!!! The mashed potatoes were seasoned beautifully. Gravy was perfect. Even the veggies were awesomely seasoned! Yummy I will make this a regular stop for sure

I don’t go to Divide often, so I’ve only been here once. I think the food in small town restaurants is usually terrible but occasionally excellent; McGinty’s is definitely on the right side of that spectrum. I tried the Pedro Hernandez Murphy Burger. The patty is beef and chorizo with habanero jack cheese, and it comes with jalapeño aioli. The flavors are spot on, and the burger was well done without being dried out. I wish there was someplace in Denver that I could order the exact same thing. The service is friendly, but a little too slow. They didn’t seem especially busy, but I still had to wait quite awhile to get my water refilled. Even so, if I happen to pass through Divide again, I’ll probably be going right back to this place.

Food here was delicious, I had the Sandwich special of the day, grilled cheese with BBQ pulled pork in it. Really Yummy. I also had a Chocolate Scotchy which was amazing! Good service and prices were reasonable.

Such a fun and family friendly place with fantastic flavorful food! I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be coming back! I tasted the Bangers and Mash, Shepherds Pie, and all three Pizza Pot Pies. Everything was flavorful and I would have again!

Gave this place a 2nd chance on a Friday night. Ate inside instead of togo and the inside has a good atmosphere. The bar area is quite cute. The onion rings are pretty good, not worth the price, probably won’t get em again. Diet coke tasted strange to me. I got the hooker pizza pot pie, didnt like it, didn’t finish it. Husband got some chorizo burger and it was good but it’s overpriced and the fries aren’t great. Our waitress wasn’t terribly friendly. They’ve got one highchair and the strap is broken so it didn’t hold my little one in place. Wasn’t given a kids menu or crayons or anything. So not feeling very kid friendly considering my last 2 sentences.

Had a fantastic dinner at McGintys recently. Delicious drinks, sweet and attentive waitress, phenomenal pizza, wonderful live Celtic music. We will definitely be back.

Great little restaurant in rural Colorado. I had the fried chicken and garlic potato mashers($ 12.95), which were really good. My only complaint was that the chicken filet was way too small for the price, about 2″ square. Great flavor, though.

It was an ok place. We came here on a friday night and it was packed. Makes sense as its the only restaurant I the town. Service was slownor rather lacking. Forgot about us for 5 mins, then after taking drinks order. .it didn’t arrive like 10 – 15 mins later because they forgot. Food was ok, alot of it is heavy and fried. They have salad options but they looked meh. We had build your own mac n cheese with bacon, asparagus, chicken… asparagus was overpowering. I had the chicken pot pie. It wasn’t so bad but I wouldn’t order again. too much food! I am not fron the town so obviously wont be back

Great pizza — Fighting 69th Pizza was really big– enough for 2 or 3 or 4. Really good(and friendly) service, too.

The Mcginty Melt with the beer cheese soup … So good but ask for the soup with the sandwich so you can use it as dip

Very poor service and hit or miss on the menu items. The shepherds pie was in no way traditional or authentic and was not good and had to be sent back. Sandwiches are average. Soups and salads are good. Overall bad experience due mainly to poor service and quality of food.

Skeptical that a Irish pub would have a wood fire pizza oven, but in reality this place was a great stop! The entrance is surrounded by a outside patio which looks great for a warm day or evening. The inside was clean and inviting, as were the restrooms, Which weren’t forgotten about and decorated accordingly. After a long day in the mountains, this place hit the spot with a decent pint and a fantastic pie(pizza to the lay-person lol).

So this place is a fantastic destination place for a wood oven pub. As an Irish pub, it is lacking. Stay away from the travesty they call Shepard’s Pie. Wow the person who came up with that needs to get out more. The pizza on the other hand is amazing. Tasty and crisp. The place has a nice Irish pub feel and the kitchen is open to show off the wood oven. I like to stop here whenever we go through Divide.

Not very Irish, they only serve fish and chips once a week. Last time we had the fish and chips, the batter was very soft and mushy, not crispy like it should be. Pizza(irish?) seems to be the majority of their menu. You will have to wait a long time and try to flag a server down for any kind of drink refills. Yes, Divide doesn’t have many restaurants to choose from, but that doesn’t make this one good because of that fact. I’d personally rather drive to cripple creek or woodland park to find a better restaurant.

Location: well, not a lot of options in this tiny town. Right off the highway interceptions. Food: had an amazing sandwich. Lord Montebelle or something like that. Incredible. Fries were less than par. Wife had soup and a salad, both were pretty decent. Alcohol: meh, ok choices. Could have been worse/better. Service: very friendly staff. 5 out of 5. Cons: One flipping bathroom per sex. Sounds like a lame excuse, but there was constantly a line the entire time we were there. Prices: Two beers, sandwich, salad, extra order of fries. About $ 38.
