If you are fortunate, you will never need to use such a company, but if you do need fire or restoration services BEWARE! This company offers poor service, including unacceptable problem resolution. They were supposed to remove the soot from property involved in a house fire, they charged me $ 10K to do so, but all of my property still smells like soot and they damaged some of the furniture and refuse to replace it, but strung me along for months in before saying so.
