In a very competitive market Carey worked for over a year to help us find our dream home and succeeded! She is an absolute professional on every level. She is patient and understanding, she listens and is the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. Carey understood what WE wanted and worked to find it, never trying to steer us in another direction unlike other realtors who sometimes just want to «close a deal». She was even understanding when we decided to back out of a deal. Carey truly cared that we were happy and our needs were fully met with the property we chose! Carey stayed in constant communication with us and was immediate in her responses wether it be text, email or phone call she was always prompt. I once came across a house on line I loved and even though she was out of state on vacation she worked hard and got us the house despite multiple offers!!! Carey was honest, dependable and never made false promises, or encouraged us to over bid just to get an offer accepted and worked aggressively to get us all we could in our deal. Carey is THE BEST! Referred to us by a friend who was also very happy with her, we could not have got through our home purchase without her. At a time when the market was full or foreclosures and short sales and the average closing time was at least 4 months Carey stayed on top of every detail so NOTHING slipped through the cracks.
